Exercise caution when dealing with ALBA Cars Dubai UAE.

I purchased a vehicle from them in February, and the front camera was faulty from the outset. They assured me that they would procure the necessary part for months. Despite my numerous follow-ups through WhatsApp, there has been no response from them in recent months. Now, they claim that the car has been in my possession for an extended period, refusing to assist me in obtaining the defective part initially.

I recently purchased a Maserati from Alba Cars and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Just two weeks after buying the car, it broke down. We had to use it to fix the problem with the car, but even then, Alba Cars did not handle the situation well. When they returned the car to us, we noticed a big scratch on the front. We tried to contact them about it, but they stopped answering our messages and emails.

I had a very disappointing experience with Alba Cars. At first, they were very proactive in getting us to make a deposit/advance payment. However, once we did, they seemed to have no obligations or promises to fulfill. We rarely received responses to our follow-ups and had to wait for 1.5 months for a promised refund, despite frequent reminders and follow-ups.

To make matters worse, the car we were interested in was sold to someone else. I gave them a 1-star review on Google, but they threatened to change it to 5 stars if I didn't give a false review. They even said they wouldn't refund my deposit unless I gave them a 5-star review. I refused to do so, and now my AED5000 is gone.

I have to wonder if they are even doing business legally. According to the T&C of 'sitejabber.com', it seems to be against the law. It's clear that their priority is to collect advance payments and find reasons not to refund them. They even have a cyber team to respond to negative reviews, claiming that no such person visited their business.

This experience has taught me two important lessons. First, there is a new type of business out there that prioritizes collecting advance payments over customer satisfaction. Second, don't rely on star ratings and be careful when choosing a business to work with. It's important to get your own experience and not just rely on what others say.

I recently purchased my first car from Alba Cars in January 2020. The salesperson, Daniel, sold me the car for AED 86,000. I asked for an inspection report, but Daniel refused to provide it and instead made excuses and got into an argument with me. I asked for the CEO's contact information, and they gave me an email address that was difficult to understand. I rushed to the showroom and asked for Mr. Talib's (CEO) contact information. I spoke to him and explained my situation. I told him that I was struggling financially, and the car was not what he had promised. He replied, "I don't 'have to' help you. Since you came to the showroom after we asked you not to, we will not do any further business with you. Neither in selling or buying."

I have attached all the chat proof with this review, and I urge everyone to read all the reviews before going to Alba Cars. Many people, like me, have been tricked and conned by them. They made the experience of buying my first car very toxic and unpleasant.

I saw an AD for Alba Cars online and decided to check out their showroom one evening. A representative named Mr. Ha***n showed me the car and I decided to book it by paying 5000 AED. However, when I was filling out the details, he added me to a WhatsApp group and left without any further assistance.

Luckily, Mr.S*** from the after sales team was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. However, on the day of registration, the people responsible for the process were unprofessional and delayed it by a day. They even lied about the registration process. To avoid further delays, I had to go to the RTA place myself to collect the number plates.

When I arrived at the showroom to collect my car, there was no one there to give me the handover. I had also paid for a 50% tinting from them, but when I checked it post-delivery, it didn't look like 50%. I tried to confirm this with Mr.S, but he insisted that it was 50% and refused to consider otherwise.

I decided to take my car to an authorized 3M tinting place and found out that the tinting was not 50%. I felt cheated by Alba Cars for providing incorrect information and goods/services with incorrect specs. If I hadn't verified it myself, I would still be believing their words.

Overall, some of their staff members are not transparent and do not take responsibility or accountability unless you prove it to them. This is not something you want when you buy a 200k AED worth car from a dealer like them.

I had a terrible experience with Alba Cars (albacars.ae). Let me tell you what happened. On August 31st, I took a test drive of the car I was interested in. The next day, I paid the booking amount of 5,000AED with option B, which is a non-refundable deposit in case of bank rejection and the car is reserved. On September 2nd, I signed and sent all required documents for bank loan and process within 30 minutes of receiving it.

For the next few days, I followed up with Ms. Amy on updates. She said it was still with the bank. On September 7th, I got a message from Alba Cars to make arrangements for an extension of deposit by paying another 5,000AED. However, Amy said it was not required, and I have proof attached. On September 8th, I got a verification call from ADCB, and I asked them to change the tenure from 5 years to 3 years. The ADCB representative promised it would be done the same day.

However, on September 11th at 8:58 PM, I got a call from Amy asking me to pay 5,000AED right now, or else the car would be sold to someone else. On September 12th, my wife visited Alba Cars at 4:30 PM to pay the extension deposit, and they said the car was sold. They are not giving back our deposit, and it's outrageous.

Their terms and conditions clearly state that the non-refundable deposit is only in the case of bank rejection, and the car is reserved only for me. Then how can they sell it to someone else? They told us that the extension deposit was not required, and then all of a sudden, without any prior information, they just sold the car. It's ridiculous!

I have all the proof with proper documentation and timing for every communication we had. My wife and I regret dealing with these fraudsters once and for all. They are a bunch of cheaters! If anyone is reading my review, please don't approach them. There are so many other reviews where people have been affected by their disgraceful business ethics. Some people have even lost their deposit even after claiming some medical emergency and other personal reasons.

It's my hard-earned money, and I will fight for it no matter what it takes. I have raised a complaint with Dubai police, Dubai Economic Department & National Media Council. It's a shame that such companies exist in the market.

I just want to share my experience with Alba Cars (albacars.ae) for anyone who is planning to buy their first car. As a new driver, getting my first car was a very special moment for me. I decided to go for a Jeep Wrangler 2021 and headed to the showroom. The staff was polite and attentive, but when I looked at the car, I noticed that it wasn't the same color as I thought from the pictures. I asked the car dealer if it was the "Punk'n Metallic Clear-Coat," and he said yes, but after researching at home, I found out that the color they had in the showroom was called Nacho color. Although he gave me the wrong information, I didn't mind as I liked that color as well. (First minus)

I requested an official paper of the car where all the information was on, but I never received it. (Second minus) After signing and applying for a bank loan, the car dealer told me that I would hear from them on Sunday at 4 pm, but nobody contacted me. I had to contact them at 5 pm to ask about the process, and they told me that they haven't heard from the bank yet. They said that the finance manager is "pushing" the bank for updates and that this specific week, the bank is slow. (Third minus)

On Tuesday, the bank called me and asked for my last 6-month pay-slips, while Alba Cars only requested 3. This meant that the process was already delayed because now they needed more information. (Fourth minus) I also asked the bank why the process was taking so long since I already sent my documents last Thursday. The reply was that they only received the documents from Alba Cars today. (Meaning Alba Cars didn't send the documents on Thursday or was "pushing" for updates. (Fifth minus)

I asked for the official paper of the car again, but this time I didn't receive a response at all. I messaged and called without any response. (Sixth minus) Today, Wednesday, one week after the bank called me again to confirm all the information and the application for the car loan. The gentleman asked me to confirm some information and asked me if the car was a 2020 model. I said no, it's a 2021 model. He then said no on the application from Alba Cars, it states 2020. So I sent him my paper between me and Alba Cars where it states 2021. I asked for the application Alba Cars sent to the bank, but was told it's confidential (Seventh minus).

After this, I got very nervous and confused, so I decided to contact Alba Cars again. I tried contacting the car dealer and his assistant or the gentleman handling my papers, and suddenly both of them were unavailable. I kept ringing and sending messages, but nothing, for about 4 hours. Then I received a voice note that the same car had been reserved for another client last night. (Eight minus)

I called to find out what was happening, but there was no response. (Ninth minus) After a while, I was told that I would receive a call back asap. Once the car dealer called me, I was told that indeed the car had been reserved, but the information I wanted was why an application in my name had been sent to the bank that I'm applying for a car loan, year model 2020 when that is indeed not true. He told me they applied with a "dummy car" just to see if the loan would get approved. Then he rushed to hang up and said he would call me later, which he never did (Minus tenth).

In conclusion, my experience with Alba Cars was not a pleasant one. I reached -10 points with an ending hearing that a serious awarded company like Alba Cars have applied for a loan in my name with a "dummy car." As a 28-year-old with a new license, I was excited to get my first car with them, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

I gotta say, my experience with Alba Cars has been a real shocker. I put down a hefty deposit of 5,000 dirhams, only to find out that they went and sold the car to someone else. It's been almost two weeks now and they haven't even bothered to reply to my messages or calls. Talk about being evasive, am I right?
