They are knowingly selling cars that don't have titles and when the customer is almost paid off, they repo the car so the customer never knows that the car that was sold to them never had a title...

I got a car from Friendly Way Motors in Orange City, a buy here pay here. I told them I had COVID and missed almost a month of work, then got a new job. I'm behind on payments, $877 total, with $77 in late fees. I sent $500 in November and $300 in December, but they still repossessed the truck. When I texted the secretary to ask why, she told me to stop texting her. She's the only way to contact the company. I'm a single dad and just moved into a new home. I woke up on my first night there to find my truck gone. When I asked if it was stolen or repossessed, the secretary took an hour to respond and said she wouldn't answer because it was Sunday before 9:00 a.m. This is not how a business should treat its customers.
