Extremely Disappointed with Foot Locker Philippines
I placed an online order with @footlockerph (Order #FTLPH000087393) for a pair of Cloud 6 Women’s Sneakers. Days later, they sent me a vague email saying they can’t fulfill the order and now I have to wait 7–14 business days for a refund?
What makes this worse is that I paid through @atomeph, which now continues to charge me interest on a product that Foot Locker cancelled, not me. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful.
This experience has been stressful and unfair. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and at the very least—a proper resolution.
