Food Networkthe product is under warranty, the company is not responding the request to exchange and return the product


We had purchased A mini processor/Chopper from Kohls Shop in Allen TX. There was a defect in the processor, we wanted to return, as we lost the reciept they told us to send the processor to the manufacturer who has 2 year warranty, I called the company and they are declining our request, please help us.
