Cooking with Nick proves that you cannot always take a cell phone star or someone with lots of awards and put them on a television show. I wondered if he was some network management's kid. His show sounds like someone reading recipes as fast as they can with zero enthusiasm, love of cooking or human warmth.
Putting him after Jet Tila is a mistake as that chef oozes charm and warmth.
