FlowerShopping.com review: Do not use this company!

While the company delivered flowers on the date ordered, they were not what I ordered and there was no card indicating who sent them or the specific message I provided. I called in advance to make sure they could deliver the specific item I asked for and was assured they would or I would be contacted. No contact. I called the day before delivery to check and was again assured I would be contacted if there was a problem. Again, no contact. Even today, the day of delivery, I called to check if the order was out for delivery. The representative couldn’t even tell me which local florist was fulfilling the order but promised to call back with information. Again, no call back. Luckily my sister was happy with what she received but it took all day to figure out who sent them. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.
