I worked with Florida Window & Door Solutions LLC and they were awesome! The team was great to work with and everything was on time, just like the sales team said it would be. The installers were professional and got the job done quickly. Nicole, Joe, and Luke were all great to work with. Thanks for the amazing service!

The end result was good, but the process was a real hassle. They didn't communicate well and sometimes didn't follow up at all. It took half a year from when we ordered until everything was done. The crew who installed it left our porch a mess, so we had to clean it up ourselves. We also had to keep the trim material for 6 weeks until an inspector could come and check it. Then it was another 3 weeks until someone came to finish the trim, which only took 20 minutes. I don't know if Covid-19 had anything to do with it, but that doesn't excuse bad communication.

I am very disappointed in this company. They installed sliding glass doors that collapse into each other and were supposed to install screen doors as well. They were here nearly 9 hours but couldn't get the screen doors on properly. The installer finally gave up and called his boss. The installer filled out an incomplete form (see attached picture) and told me they would give me a $250 discount for my trouble because they would have to order new screen doors and have to come back again only if I would pay the remaining balance. I did minus the 250. I have since called Florida Window and Door Solutions 3 times. One time I got to talk to I think was the manager who initially denied that they were going to give me the screen doors until I showed him the incomplete form, then he said the salesman should not have sold me the screen doors as they don't go with this type of slider. I told him, I wouldn't have paid the full amount if that was the case. He retracked and said he would order the screen doors and they would set up a time to install. Fast forward now over a month later, I've since called two more times only to get the round around and no one is calling me back. Now I have an unfinished install, a screen door that is on upside down and backwards and a company not honoring their contract.

I got a door from Florida Window & Door Solutions LLC in November , but it took until February for them to install it. Since then, I've had a lot of problems with it. They've tried to fix it four times, but it's still not right. The photo on their website shows the door with mouldings at the top, but my door doesn't have them there. Also, there's caulk all over the frame of the door and sidelite, and my painter wants $300 to remove it before he can stain it. They told me they can't cut the opening any differently, but that's not true because they brought a custom-cut door on the fourth attempt. The installer said they cut it the wrong way. I just want my door to look like the picture on the manufacturer's website, but it seems like it was cut wrong from the beginning.

I got my windows replaced by FWDS on November 2. I paid $7075.00 for a 50% deposit. The sales guy, Brad O, said it would take 16-18 weeks for the windows to arrive. They came on time, and I scheduled the installation for April 13, 2022. But, the installer said the sashes didn't fit right, and we had to stop. We took pics and videos and sent them to the office. I talked to Nicole, and she said they couldn't get new windows, but they could order new sashes. I wasn't happy, but I said okay. Nicole said she'd call me in 3 days, but she didn't. I called her on April 18 and 22, but she still didn't know when the sashes would come. I left a voicemail on May 18 and called again on May 20. Nicole said the sashes would come on May 25, but they didn't. I called Mr. O on June 2, and he said he'd call me back, but he hasn't yet. I haven't heard from anyone as of June 8.
