Florida Power & Light [FPL] review: Constant outages

I would like to formally express my concern regarding the interruption of electrical service at New Age Fisheries, located in Arcadia, Florida. This situation has caused significant financial losses and puts at risk the well being of the wildlife present on the property.
5 D Tropical is a farm that depends on continuous electrical service to maintain proper conditions for the animals and plants on site. Every time the power is shut off without prior notice or without prompt restoration, substantial economic losses occur and the welfare of the living species under their care is compromised.
I respectfully request that:
• The cause of these recurring outages be investigated.
• Measures be taken to prevent this type of interruption from affecting the farm again.
• A clear explanation and an action plan be provided to ensure service stability.
