Terrible company. If you want to change a booking they'll charge you way over the odds 75 quid each way. They won't refund the tickets either just taxes with of course their fee taken off. Also they're based in India so don't expect the same level of customer service as you'd find in the UK.
Yeah it's a branch of polanski travel. They have about 10 companies under their umbrella all with the same shoddy service.

I want to the airport there’s was no ticket no money have been refund more than £3000.00
Travelling first time with a 10month old baby and disgusted by this scam travel agent. They charged me extra for airline rescheduling flight. They have no ethics smd morales only want to scam people. Suppose to be UK company but based abroad . DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
Absolute terrible experience with this company. Family of 4 booked four return tickets to Asia and was repeatedly informed over the phone our luggage allowance was 40kg despite our ticket information saying that it's 30kg. On the day of the flight, 3 hours before we were due to leave to the airport we were then informed by Flight catchers that Qatar Airways had changed their luggage policy due to political issues in the Middle East despite our flight not landing in the Middle East! Qatar airways confirmed this was a l made up excuse that they were unaware of any such thing.After asking matter to be escalated to a manager the FlightCatchers employee then denies ever saying such thing! Avoid at all costs. If you must book through this agency - AVOID MAN NAMED BASIT. He is a rude diagusting liar with no sense of customer service or manners.
totally agree, I wanted to change the departure date, it took me more than 3 weeks and they told me or lie to me that they are going to call me back, but no1 did, not a single time. and the fee they had to charge is different every time, this company sucks so much donkey's stinky balls.
