Flighright - Misled on agreed service for weeks. Does not seen to have real lawyers in country, manipulates review.
Flightright misled us. They took our case, let us wait for weeks, then told us that they basically gave up on our case due to it being under jurisdiction of Spain (which they pretended they covered) and due to them not having enough money to sue in Spain and having had bad test experiences doing so. They called it "we have parked your case" which is a croc. Proof that it can be done is that a local competitor got our clams paid out in no time. What is especially disturbing though is that Flightright, after getting this bad review also manipulated their review rating on a major review site they pay money to most likely by telling them they had no contractual agreement with me while their correspondence clearly says that they had and they even cancelled that in their last email just now. This is an attempt at getting my factual review removed under false premises.
