Chevrolet review: the service department

My A/C stop working coming back from my vaction. I went to the dealaer ship they told me that my warranty had expired. I charged me $2278.65 to replace the condensor. I paid the bill after being told the warranty had expired. I got home and went through my records and discovered that the warranty was still valid. I talked to the service manger twice he told me that I authorized the payment and theres no refund even with an existing warranty. The refund policy states that its at the discretion of the dealership to refund the customer.

They repaired my 2017 GMC Rocky Ridge the repair bill was $2278.65 for a new condensor.I paid the bill and researched my records my warranty was still active. I went back and talked to the service manager twice he stated that I authorized the payment theres no refund. The refund policy states that its at the dealership discretion to refund customer. The dealership did not send a survey after the service. This is a correction of the previous post. The INVOICE # 100693.
