End of June car had to go due to coolant issue , they said the fan was stuck on high and also need to be replaced when come to find out its a safety issue on my Buick Encore , so they replaced it and charged me 342.88 for something that didn't need to be replaced , per the Buick Dealership. Plus there bill doesn't even list hours or rates to replace the coolant leak , but the bill was 1757.37 with no real explanation on what they really did or the hours . Even had to take it back because it was still leaking and got treated like a criminal. Have you ever tried getting issues solved with so many run around,

Went in for new tires and alignment. Brough 4 brand new tires in for them. Left, went home 4 miles away. One of the tires went flat.
Checked it . Made sure Bead was seated. , sprayed with soapy water. Found out they damaged the valve stem and it’s pissing air.
Mind you.. we had a huge snow storm today and I had to drive to work on an unsafe tire due to them not properly checking for air leaks.
