Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Truck is running at double the idle, had to tow store couldn't fix.

Note I have Filed a Complaint with Attorney General's Office/Consumer Affairs. I have tried to resolve this matter and have became tired and upset with Steven, Scott and Sandi at the Firestone Store 260 S.135 in Greenwood, In 46142

To date, Truck left with double the recommended Idle Speed by G.M.,
Sandi said they left it that way as they don't have Equipment to test it any further. My Part's were never returned as I requested the Day 9/15/21 I had it Towed for Service and Tires. Your Shop dealt Direct with my Insurance on Mechanical/Approval of Repairs/Services, note I had only Authorized and Agreed to Labor for Removal and Replacing the Map Sensor.

There is no Name Brand of Fuel Pump/Filter on any Paperwork they provided to Date. They Store also caused State Farm to adjust 4 Tires only, was told your/that Store would give me (2) Tires because of that. I have been Verbally Abused from all (3) Managers, as well as they attempted to have me sent to Jail for Felony Theft of my Truck of which I Towed do to my Concern of possible additional Theft especially since your Store refused to take responsibility of replacing/Paying me for Replacement Cost of my Tailgate and Protection Pieces Bed Liner on Gate and Rail Protector for Gate, that was taken at that said Store.

I did not Purchase the (4) Tires from there do to the above, and extremely un professional Treatment from them. I have Paid for Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Gas Cap and Labor for R&R of MAP Sensor. I sent someone to pick up Gas Cap keys today and they refused to give them to him, I Paid for Cap and Keys.

They had my Truck from 9/15/21 thru 11/14/21, still not running correctly? They tried to Charge me for an OBD1 Tester when I was told they had all Equipment to test and (3) good Mechanics that have and Work on old trucks the Morning before it was Towed there, that's why I decided to go with that Store, per Sandi.

I have never heard of that much Time/Labor Cost to Drop-Wash-and Install a Fuel Pump and Sending Unit, etc...

Im tired of all that has happened, will never use Firestone again and will be taking/fighting any Legal Action(s) if necessary.

I feel this matter needs Corporate Attention and you Owe me...

I spoke to Cliff there Prior he also had Insulted me, was Arrogant, and never Replied to Date as he said he would. I feel like due to my Age and my Husband being Blind, they are/were Strong Arming us.

This is the only Email I have found,
I was told by Store Personnel that they do not have one other than Scott's personal Email and he got a bit upset I replied to it. I also had to Tow from there I feel I should be Reimbursed for the $165.00.

I have alot more or more detail in regard but I am not feeling well so I am being Brief. I prefer Email only, no phone Calls I'm hoping to get all this behind me/us.
