Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Repairs are never done right the 1st time. I've had to bring my car back for the same reasons way to many times. Never reliable.

I purchased my 2013 Honda civic in Nov 2018 it had 107, 000 miles on it. And when they find something that is wrong I get it fixed or maintenanced as recommended. But yet something would always go wrong. I'm back in the shop a few months later having to reduce the alignment or for them to say I can't find nothing wrong but yet the noises and vibrations continue to get worse after I leave until the point that I don't feel safe driving. And the last time I had to go in the shop was probably the worst yet. They said I needed new shocks, struts Driver side and passengerside sway bar links, driver side half shaft, and reseal the timing inspection plate costing me over $1700 and a week later I began to notice a clink/ popping noise whenever I would turn out of my driveway or whenever I turn out of a parking spot or taking a turn at a light. Then noticed a vibration whenever I would drive on the highway. So I went back to firestone they inspected It and checked the alignment again and this time the district manager was a the shop and he told me if it continues to come back in and he would have go on a tast drive with the lead mechanic. Well of course it didn't get better it got worse especially the pop sound when I turn the steering wheel. and 5 days later I called and made an appointment for me to come in and I made sure I explained to them that most of my problems were while driving on the highway. And when I arrived for my appointment they tried to tell me oh the lead mechanic was busy and they were not sure I would be seen that day. and of course the district manager was not there on this day. And they told me I wouldn't be able to do the test drive today. After I threatened to walk out the guy came back in and said a different mechanic was going to go on the drive with me. Someone who has never worked on my vehicle before. And this person didn't want to hear what I had to say about driving on the highway. They had my vehicle all day just to tell me it was Nothing and then had me pay for the inspection. I was pissed walking out of there. And now its the been alittle over 2 weeks since I was in the shop and the vibrations have turned into a thud thud thud sound while driving on the highway and Im beginning to not feel safe driving my own car and thats ridiculous knowing that I have spent damn near $4000 for firestone to maintain my car running smooth just for a headache bc It never can get fixed right
