Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Labor costs

Came in at 12:32 at 2:20pm told what was needed to repair car and would take 1.3 hours. Mechanics acquaintance/girlfriend came in store after 2pm, interrupted him in the middle of doing my car and had him test drive her vehicle without manager's knowledge. Mechanic repaired her car before mine and I had an appointment. She did not, and was given preferential treatment based on her skin color. When I questioned the manager, James Wagner, he retorted that the woman had spent 3 hours the previous Saturday at the shop. She did not schedule a follow-up appt to get her car fixed. She just waltzed in and got preferential treatment. Mechanic started my car @ 4:40pm and was done apx 6;18pm. Why was I charged 260.00 in labor? Max time spent on my car was 2hrs.
