Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Firestone now means never on time

I work roughly 90 hours a week and took time from being with my family and work today to get new tires and an oil change. I had a scheduled appointment for 8AM, I waiting around for 45 minutes and the manager never came to open the store. I talked to some employees and it seems this isn't the first time this has happened. I've trusted Firestone in the past because their product outweighs the waiting times. Last month I had a tire with a nail in it and they had two tires I needed in store, so I went. It took about 4 to 5 hours to get two tires added. If this is your only car, it can be a pain waiting around for your car to get done. I highly recommend just getting an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi back home. At Firestone, there is no such thing as quick and reliable.
