On Tuesday 5-6-2025 I call Firestone and spoke to a young man, I explained the situation and said I was going to bring the battery back today, because it's supposed to have a 4 year warranty He said it wasn't in stock I asked for the manager, he said he wasn't there and he couldn't take it back
I had to purchase a battery at another store on Thursday 5-8-2025 I took the battery back to Firestone and spoke with Pablo Delgado, very polite He said he had to speak to his manager, Jeremy Lombardo who came ou6t of his office and was very short with his response, saying it's nothing he can do and walked away, rude There should be some kind of way for me to be compensated, dealing with a reputable company, Firestone
Claimed loss: I paid $190.79 on 5-3-2024
Desired outcome: A refund of the balance of the battery
