Ferree Movers, John, Sarah, and Mike were fantastic movers. Very careful with everything even a chandelier. I highly recommend them for your next move.

We had a residential move from our previous address to our new address on Friday, Sept 16th, 2022. This company came highly recommended by friends. On Monday, Sept 19th, we contacted John Ferree, the sales manager, to discuss damage to 3 of the 5 appliances that were moved by this company among other issues with the move. He asked for pictures of the damaged items, which I sent him. He said the claims manager was on vacation but as soon as he returned they would take care of the issue. On Sept 29 I spoke with Mark Johnson, the owner/claims manager. He was very apologetic and asked for pictures of the damage, which I provided. He said he would speak to John and would get this taken care of. It is now Oct 17th, over 2 weeks later, and a month since the move, and I have yet to hear anything from this company in regards to the damaged appliances. I've included pictures of the damaged appliances, the same ones sent to the company- twice. I also sent the text exchange between myself and John Ferree about the damage and his response. Also included is a screenshot of the email headers to show when I sent the pictures of the damaged appliances to John Ferree.

We recently moved from Los Angeles to Central California, and I cannot speak more highly of Ferree Movers. From planning the move, giving us advice and the professionalism of every mover, they were absolutely fantastic. They certainly made our move easier than we ever imagined.

I paid Ferree Movers $825 for their services, but unfortunately, I received unprofessional moving assistance. My living room floor lamp was shattered into pieces, and the wooden trim on my sofa and love seat was broken off and chipped. They did not wrap or cover my furniture in any way, and they even had the audacity to blame me for their worker's mistake. I am extremely upset about the damage to my furniture and the disrespect I experienced. I will definitely be filing a complaint.
