Great pick up and delivery. Arrived at least 5 days earlier the expected. Some questions on pick up answered and the estimate was accurate. Nothing broken or damage. Very happy with the cost and experience. *** was our point person from start to finish. Recommend his handling of your items big or small.

Ive read so many reviews about moving nightmares, that when I had to relocate out of state I was so nervous. BCM put all my worries at ease. They were very appropriately priced, all of the staff and movers were extremely helpful and kind. All my stuff got from *** to *** within 24 hours in perfect condition. I couldnt be happier with the service. Thank you, thank you!

Not only that customer service completely failed me, and items were missing and destroyed, but I have in writing that Ben was going to issue me a refund for lack of service. A family member used them also and posted a bad review and I got an email from Ben saying that he would not issue me a refund unless my family member deleted her review. He is inappropriate and has absolutely no integrity.

The guys that appeared to move my family from *** to *** were well managed and efficient. Even through the monsoon of rain over memorial day weekend they got my family from A to B and everything made it packaged, secured and intact.***, the sales representative that set up the move date and contact was thorough, insightful and ultra helpful to me in preparing for the day.I would definitely recommend them for future moves. :)

This company moved me from *** to *** it took four weeks for my belongings to get here. It shouldve only been four days *** They moved my items from the first truck to a second truck, then to a storage unit without my permission. 90% of my boxes were damaged smashed a lot of my furniture the way it was wrapped is ruined. The bottom line is dont hire this company, who works for ***. Dont hire either.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. First of all they gave me a 4-7 day window for delivery from *** to FL. It actually took almost a month. Then they delivered someones elses things and turned out my stuff was still in . When my things were finally delivered, half of them were destroyed and some boxes were missing. I called the owner and he is the rudest person Ive ever spoke to. He said he didnt care. Dont use this company.

Sales rep, *** was professional, courteous and very patient in addressing my questions and concerns. He came back a second time to review the packing I had done and to ease my stress. Calls to him were returned promptly.The moving crew arrived on time. They handled my oversized pieces of furniture with care. A lot of maneuvering was required to get them out of my home and into my new apartment.I highly recommend ***.

BCM Relocation *** was an answer to my prayers for a professional, secure, and affordable moving company to move the contents of my Long Island, *** home to the *** Coast! They exceeded my expectations! I had full white glove packing by an expert team who were courteous, efficient, and very professional. My household items, furniture, and possessions arrived safe and sound in ***. Andonce again the BCM Relocation unpackers were excellent! A terrific company! *** W

These people moved the contents of my entire home. They broke some of everything. Leaded crystal from Italy, glasses from every set. Plates from every set. They snapped legs off chairs, broke the glass top for a desk. They broke the marble top of a beautiful oriental chest. Cracked the side and bottom of a one of a kind bar. Somehow managed to punch holes through both of my book cases. Had a packed boxes of alcohol missing. There is close to $11,000 in damage and I was offered a little over $700.

Our interactions with BCM were outstanding from our initial contact with the office estimator through the signing of the final papers at delivery. The teams on both ends of our delivery were led by very competent leaders who were well respected by their teams. This is evidenced by how smoothly the packing, loading and unloading proceeded. All personnel were courteous and professional. I was pleased with the original estimate of costs, which was significantly less than their competitors. I would recommend BCM to anyone planning a move!

Worst service ever. It has been 14 days since they packed my furniture and loaded it in their truck. I am still waiting for delivery at my new location. When I spoke to them during the quote and payment, Ben promised 5-7 day delivery. I turned down other Better reviewed services just because I was promised faster delivery. These people lied. I am tired of calling them everyday, I get the same reply- you will receive a call when your stuff starts in Newjersey. I am still waiting for them to call back. Ben is the rudest person ever. He doesnot know how to address to the customer.

BCM did a wonderful job from start to finish. It's hard for me to read the bad reviews, because I had such a positive experience. Selling and buying a house is stressful and the closing dates were changed a few times, but that didn't seem to bother BCM. Actually, Ben was very professional and worked his magic to accommodate me and make sure the move was the least stressful. The staff and the crew were polite and professional as well. I had never heard of BCM before, but their pricing was competitive and they were available when other movers I had used before were not. I'm glad I took that chance. I highly recommend BCM and am grateful for this opportunity to let others know.

Nick our driver was outstanding, he was to the second prompt, extremely organized, friendly- so much that my dog who hates everyone (even herself) liked him. I highly recommend. Everything was timely and smooth, from packing expensive fragile items like TVs to loading heavy oversized furniture and appliances. I have done self moves in the past, and for me the cost associated with having such a great group do it for me is well worth it- no heavy lifting, no worriying about an imbalanced load on busy highways, and a very thorough and upfront cost explination (grr to u-haul that 39.99 is about a 10th of what it ACTUALLY costs across town). This was a military move so when we PCS next time this will be the ONLY company I call.

and *** were extremely professional and accomodating from first contact to delivery. *** visited and inspected the items to be moved and provided excellent advice on packing and the process that was ahead. *** was in touch throughout the entire move and worked tirelessly to ensure that all questions were answered, all inventories updated, that the delivery took place within 3 days of the first accept target. *** also worked to make sure that the costs for the move were contained through making recommendations based on his vast experience and knowlege. The pickup and delivery teams were very professional, curteous and careful to ensure that all items were delivered without damage. An interstate move can be quite stressful and the *** team made the entire experience manageable. I chose BCM for our move not because their quote was so reasonable (it definitely wasn't) but because I was promised both in writing and verbally that "the goal of using our services is to lift the pressure off your shoulders and put them on ours. We want to make sure that this move is seamless and smooth throughout the entire relocation process." Nothing could have been farther from the truth. It was a nightmare. They were completely disorganized; broke, damaged and soiled numerous items; moved items that should have been left (such as the stove grates when of course we were leaving the stove for the new owners) and left items that should have been packed; arrived more than an hour late both for loading in and unpacking - and then the supervisor had the nerve to state that they needed to move fast because they had another job - as if he was doing us a favor and we weren't paying thousands of dollars. The supervisor also kept disappearing, so I ended up directing the moving men. There's more, but I think this is enough to paint the picture. It's obvious from other reviews that they can do a good job, but my experience couldn't have been worse. Hire BCM at your own risk.
