The price they charged was 60% more than what they said it would be. And instead of 4 guys and two trucks, they only came with 1 truck and at first only 3 guys to do the work. This caused a lot of extra charges and delays. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone!

2 thumbs up for Kentuckiana Moving Company, LLC! The movers were absolutely amazing. They really put in the effort to pad everything and made sure not to scuff the floor. Every interaction with the movers was better than expected. I would definitely hire them again without any hesitation.

Mike, the foreman, and all the movers were there early; they moved my stuff really fast. They did it carefully and paid attention to the labels. They are affordable and the price for moving is awesome.

They were real fast, efficient and polite! They got there on time and did all the work real quick and professional. They did my whole apartment in just 3.5 hours and my storage unit was 20 mins away. The team did a great job making my move easy and comfy! I really recommend them!

They did good until they loaded our kitchen table, then they loaded 8 to 10 boxes on top wrecking the table. Now they wanna play the insurance game. You did the job wrong and you should have to replace the table from your own pocket. I ain't using these guys again and now the run around starts.

6 movers helped my family load a semi. They gave us a courtesy call when they were on the way, showed up on time, wrapped all the furniture, properly packed the semi, and brought their own professional walk board to get the job done. I've been in the trucking business for 25 years and I've seen a lot. Kentuckiana, Tyler, and his team are a must hire.

Aaron, Jon, Tyler, and Pat took care of my family during a weekend in September 2022. We were moving three households into one, so we booked three trucks and six men from Kentuckiana Moving Company, LLC. The trucks were fully equipped with all the necessary tools to secure our furniture. The movers wrapped, padded, loaded, and unloaded everything within two days. Surprisingly, nothing got damaged, and nothing went wrong (which is not something we're used to). It was clear that the movers genuinely enjoyed their job. We would even recommend them to our worst enemy because they deserve this positive experience.

I had a last minute moving emergency and had to move out on the same day. I gave Kentuckiana a call and managed to book an appointment for that very day. They sent me an email to confirm everything and the movers even called in advance to double-check. Keaton & Matt came to save the day and they were really professional. They checked what needed to be moved, asked me how I wanted my stuff boxed and packaged, and got the job done without any fuss. They were cheerful guys and worked great as a team. They told me the prices upfront and there were no sneaky extra charges.

I hired them to move two different locations to an apartment. On the way to the apartment, I decided to follow them. I was told they needed gas. At the gas station, they didn't get gas. I wish I would have stayed behind them. Instead, I went to my apartment. Took them about 45 minutes to arrive at my apartment. My apartment was less than 2 miles away from where they were. Thought everything was fine when they unloaded the truck. Later that day, I plugged my TV in. The screen was shattered. I called them immediately. Was told TVs are not made very well and can crack very easily. Was told to send my email and a picture of the damage. I did. Never heard anything back. Noticing I have small things missing. I had to replace my TV. I want to be compensated for my TV. I only paid $400.00 for my TV. They never wrapped my TV or put it in a safe box. The small things that are missing I can't prove. If I ever hire another moving company, I will follow them and move my TVs myself.

Tim g and Tj did great! No issues. The 1st time I had a Move. However, on 05/01/2022 Tj was back, again no issues with him. However, their "manager" over the moving crew, was extremely disrespectful, in how he came off initially. When I was moved the 1st time a month ago, Tim and TJ had sat several of the boxes on top of my dressers etc., which is fine. However, when they were going through to move things, the small loose stuff that I had moved with my vehicle that I was sitting there helping get out of the way as well, wasn't mentioned by me. When the "manager" started pulling boxes off of the dresser, just to take them one by one and sit them outside to get to the dresser, is double the work. When that was mentioned, the disrespectful responses and tones began. Not from TJ. Immediately saying that they can leave and I can go to another company, this and that. Stating I wasn't prepared before they got there. First off, small [censored] aside, I'm not moving heavy boxes off of furniture. Your guys placed it there the last time, and I have no reason to need to move it when your being paid for the time it takes you to move it. The "manager" and Tj went to get the other portion of my sectional, and he was saying how its dingy and how its probably got bed bugs, and just sitting there talking [censored]. *** how your morning is or isn't going, be *** respectful. If y'all want the video of him and the disrespect he was giving off, from me just asking why they didn't go ahead and place the boxes in the truck, email me or message me. Still gave them a tip, which made the total $400, which it was over $400 the last time as well. Don't come at me and the make some nasty comments, just because your a child in the wrong line of work apparently. Can't be respectful keep to training people not talking to customers.
