they were super helpful and professional. They wrapped everything up real good and made sure nothing got damaged during the move. ProMovers, Inc. was great! They were really nice and wore masks, which was good. They had a certificate for workers comp for Jade Ocean and did a really good job moving my 3 bedroom to Austin, TX. Today, they brought everything and unpacked it all. Even my big glass dining table made it in one piece! I'm really glad I hired them. If you have delicate things, this company will do a good job.

ProMovers was awesome! They took great care of our 50 person office move from Brickell to Miami Beach. The crew, led by Joseph, worked 14 hours straight to get us settled before the new business week started. I was looking for a company that knew how to handle our fancy European office furniture, and I definitely made the right choice. These guys did a great job and I'll definitely hire them again.

Horrible experience with ProMovers, Inc. They came to our apartment two and a half hours late (we had the elevator reserved for a specific time slot which was almost over). They moved our stuff to our new home. When they were almost done, they charged us before unloading everything (we were so tired and angry that we just paid). After we paid and tipped them, they told us they broke a big and expensive item that was still on the truck. We had told them to be careful with it, but they didn't care. They are shady, unethical, and not good at moving. You can find better movers.

I had to move my daughter from one apartment to another and I called Miami Movers for Less. They gave me a quote but then Pro Movers called me back with a price that was three times higher. The driver, whose name was ***, said he had to wait and that the elevators weren't working, but that wasn't true. He also took the kitchen island, which was part of the apartment's kitchen, even though I didn't ask him to. I called the sales rep, *** and he told me to call the driver, which I did. The driver kept making excuses and didn't come back to fix the problem. I had to keep rescheduling and it was a big hassle. I called *** again and he promised to fix it, but he never called me back.

I hired this company a while back for a move in my area. Still waiting on a phone call to fix my stuff (7 months later). They moved my stuff on August 8. Almost everything that they moved was messed up in some way. There was one dude and two college kids. They ain't professional movers. They go by a bunch of different names which is confusing. I had my whole 2 bedroom place packed up in boxes, leaving only the big stuff. They told me they'd use moving blankets on everything and take extra care of my grandpa clock that was handmade. When they got to my new place, I saw that they didn't use moving blankets on everything. They put tape right on the wood which pulled the wood off when they took it off. My grandpa clock was busted and my couch was totally ruined. The one mover lied to me and said my husband said it was cool if it got messed up. I called him right away and he said that was a lie. Boxes that said "this side up" were upside down and not much was wrapped up with moving blankets. I filed a claim right away and didn't hear anything until I disputed it with my credit card company. They told me to submit to their "insurance company" Moving Claims. I filed a claim with them and didn't hear anything until I contacted my credit card company again. Every time I tried to call either company, they said the "boss" wasn't around. They wouldn't give me his name or number and he never called me back. It's now December and I got a "settlement of claim" from Moving Claims for $74. I called them to ask how they came up with that number when my contract was for more than that. They said they just "handle paperwork". So today, December 22, I called the office twice. They'll email me back, but won't call me. They say they're "out of the office". This is super unprofessional and not okay.

I got a quote of $910 from Pro movers manager Alex Podoliak for my 2 bedroom apartment move, but ended up paying $2,747. They held my things on their truck and forced me to pay upfront before releasing them. During the move, I felt bullied by the 4 men who were supposed to help me. They were late, worked slowly, talked on the phone instead of working, and seemed to want to charge me more money. They wrapped things unnecessarily and disassembled everything, even my TVs, losing all the cords. They missed the move-in time at my condo, causing me to pay for a hotel for 2 days and repurchase toiletries and dog food. Pro movers did nothing to help me and even charged me an extra $1,040.00 for the inconvenience. The movers were unprofessional, smoking in front of my building and refusing to release my things until I paid the full amount. They wore shirts that said "Move for less" and came in a truck that said "Iron Movers." I had to help them move my things and there were items missing that were never found. Overall, I paid close to 4k for a move that should have cost $910. Do not use this company!
