The website was nice and easy to use. Navigation was easy throughout the website as well as answering the questions at a very formidable to my mental conditions. It was very it was a very comfortable experience even though it was kind of high and price that got everything done efficiently and in a timely manner.

Great and quick service. I have real bad anxiety attacks and my previous ESA letter expired from my therapist and I needed a new letter. They were fast and efficient received it in less than a day. I was able to move into my new apartment with my fur baby who has been a huge help with my condition and because of Fast ESA Letter my fur baby was accepted into my new home. Thank you guys for everything it really means a lot.

My letter was signed by a "Licensed Mental Health Counselor" whose license number turned up nothing in the state database (of the state he is supposedly practicing in). When I did a search on the name, all that turned up was his wedding website. The address, which had conveniently left off the city (but did include the zipcode) when searched on a map, was an open field. The people who are giving 4 and 5 stars must be doing it because they got what they wanted. They should probably check to see whether or not the letter would hold up in court. I am seeking to dispute this transaction in paypal. Businesses like this de-legitimize people who truly need emotional support animals. No wonder states are finally getting wise to this deception and starting to enact laws to stop it.

I paid around 150 dollars for an ESA letter and a signed document for my housing. They never gave me what I bought. They gave me a letter which is useless, and have not sent me back my signed form which is the whole reason I paid money. I have gotten on the phone with them, emailed them multiple times, and even been on live chat where they told me to send the document to their email and they'd have it back to me within 24 hours. This has happened three separate times and they never have sent me back the product that I paid for. This business is a scam and shouldn't be able to run. They do not give customers what they pay for, they simply steal their money and ghost them. Attached are the screenshots showing my emails to them, which they requested, with the document attached. They never responded.

I purchased an animal support letter from them last July 7th to let my Co-Op know that I would be getting a small dog for my special needs son. The company specifies on their website and also personally confirmed to me that when I got the dog they also provide follow-up service in the form of a phone call or filling out of any needed form for my Co-Op building. I finally got the dog 2 months ago April and spoke with my coop and they said on top of the letter from the company their Dr. needed to fill out and sign a form in order for my building to accept it. I started emailing, chatting and speaking with the company about needing this follow-up service since the beginning of June and have been promised more than a dozen times that it was coming to me in the next "24 hours" They even had me pay an extra fee for it... but it never came and without the additional service of filling out the form, their letter is useless and I have to find different alternative.
