Once upon a time, in the vast realm of the digital world, there existed an extraordinary group of individuals known as Trustwizards Hackworld. They were renowned for their exceptional skills in hacking, but unlike malicious hackers, they chose to use their talents for good. Their mission was to protect innocent individuals from falling victim to cyber scams and to recover stolen funds whenever possible. In the quaint province of Alberta, Canada, where I lived and my names are Jason Tschetter. I was an ambitious entrepreneur and had recently developed a keen interest in the world of cryptocurrencies. Excited by the potential for financial growth, I decided to invest a substantial amount of money into various digital assets. However, in my eagerness to reap the rewards, I unwittingly stumbled into the treacherous path of a cunning crypto scam. A group of sophisticated fraudsters managed to exploit my trust, and I found myself at a loss of $81,000. Devastated and disheartened, I felt  betrayed by the very technology I had put my faith in. I reached out to CTV News Toronto to share my story to prevent others from being scammed. “If I can get conned, then a lot of other people can get conned, and they have my entire retirement savings, unfortunate ordeal reached the ears of Trustwizards, who were always on the lookout for individuals in need of their unique expertise. Determined to right the wrong and restore faith in the digital realm, they embarked on a relentless pursuit to recover my lost funds. The Trustwizards, led by their brilliant and resourceful leader, Lilyana, began their investigation. Armed with their extensive knowledge of the crypto world and their superior hacking skills, they delved deep into the dark corners of the internet, tracing the intricate pathways left behind by the scammers. They encountered numerous obstacles along the way, as the scammers had taken elaborate measures to cover their tracks. But the Trustwizards were undeterred, relying on their collective expertise and unwavering determination. Finally, after 96hrs of relentless pursuit, the Trustwizards managed to penetrate the scammers' fortress of deception. They uncovered a web of interconnected accounts and concealed identities, painstakingly unraveling the complex network piece by piece.

Lilyana, with her sharp intellect and indomitable spirit, devised a masterful plan. She orchestrated a coordinated strike on the scammers' virtual hideout, employing their hacking prowess to expose their illicit activities and bring them to justice. With the evidence gathered, the Trustwizards collaborated with law enforcement agencies and shared their findings. Together, they executed a synchronized operation to apprehend the scammers and freeze their ill-gotten assets. The scammers, caught off guard by the relentless pursuit, were left with no choice but to surrender. In a dramatic turn of events, My lost funds were recovered back to me, and the scammers faced the consequences of their actions. HAS NOT REMOVED a paid in full debt to *** for over 3months. I called to tell them to remove this as it is affecting my credit. The rep, SEAN, who is the actual rep I paid this to on 1/10 said they reported, so I asked for proof from him so I could contact ***, he told me they do not provide and it, "It's *** problem" This Low Life company can sure provide plenty of letters trying to collect a debt, but can't confirm they cleared it. I would say in my opinion no business should use them for their debt collection unless they want to burn any relationship, and just be looked upon as unprofessional and money grubbing.

Medical Business Bureau I received a text message from this company stating it was a post communication to collect a medical debt

I received a text message from this company stating it was a post communication to collect a medical debt. I do not owe any medical debts to anyone. It cannot be post communication, because I have not received any other information via *** or other from either them or a medical *** that was past due. I would say this is fraudulent and during this time of cyber security, no one should be sending me messages asking me to click on something else to see what lies behind their claim that they are collecting a debt. I want them to stop sending text messages and take me off their list because they obviously have the wrong person. The text message did not even mention a name!

My Daughter had tubes placed July 2022, I have received a bill in the mail for *** just for my portion. In total it was billed for over *** which I think is absurd. When I call to set it up into payments they refuse to set it up into reasonable payments for me to be able to make and refuse to discount if I did pay the balance in full. They also there threaten me with collection every time I call and try to come up with some resolution to pay this bill. The only option they could give me was financial assistance which I do not qualify for. All Im asking for is lower monthly payments, or a paid in full discount.

Medical Business Bureau I need help i am not liable for this debt

I need help i am not liable for this debt. This company MEDICAL BUSINESS BUREA that say i owe a debt from someone named KaneAnesthesia Associates which is a violation on so many different levels. I don't have a contract with this compnay to do business with them at all. I have asked them to verify this debt and i have neem left in the dark for over 30 days. They just put it on my credit report causing me stress and damaging my character. I have contacted them and the CRA's but everyone is giving me the run a'round. I need them to validate this debt or remove it from my report. This company has yet show me anything application, signature or nothing that validates this debt as mine. Delete it immediately. I visited ***, ***, *** to get my *** done .I was told the total cost to get that done is 280 dollars which I did pay upfront .After 2 weeks I received *** bill saying that I owe *** dollars for my bloodwork .I was never told something got changed since my last visit .Just to keep it short they charged me $454.29 dolalrs just for getting my physicals and paperwork .I called them asking why I was not informed upfront ,they said sorry .I would like to dispute this and would like Complaintsboard.com to step and get an EOB and see if it's fair .Below is the address

in *** has sent me a bill for $434.16. When I received my cpap study I was told it was only about$200.00 out of pocket expenses. I payed the study $600.00 and Advanced $200.00 plus and now they are sending me a bill for $434.16. This is the first bill they have to me in about 2 years. I never agreed to this and now my wife is being bill also with the same circumstances her's is over $400.00 as well. There billing department reviews on their website is horrible. This is not acceptable.

Medical Business Bureau I received a text out of the blue from MBB regarding a copay balance with a health care provider for services rendered to my 22 year old son

I received a text out of the blue from MBB regarding a copay balance with a health care provider for services rendered to my 22 year old son. While covered under my insurance, at 22 y/o he is an adult and responsible for any debts he incurred. Since the provider clearly has all of his information I'd strongly suggest they and/or MBB contact HIM regarding the money they are owed for services rendered to HIM and stop sending texts with blind link attachments that contain mildly threatening overtones to persons for whom the services were NOT provided. Furthermore, neither my wife nor myself signed any documents committing to pay any debts incurred for any of the medical attention he sought or received on the date of service listed 12/17. Therefore we are not legally responsible, he is.

I am a consumer by law and my information was misused and now I have some false not 100% accurate accounts on my credit report. Unauthorized used of my credit report.I demand deletion of the items and information plus I demand monetary compensation!

I arrived at the doctors office for my daughters appointment. I told them my husband was 5 minutes behind me and would be right there. I filled out the necessary paper work and my husband got there and took it to the desk to let them know they had arrived. After a while we even checked and asked how much longer it would be. They said we were next in line. An hour after waiting we were told that we could now not be seen because their staff never checked us in. They refused to let us see a doctor after we waited for over an hour for our appointment. I am disgusted that a doctors office would treat people like this!

On July 1 I received a call from ***. Upon reception of this call I was asked the normal questions in regards to my mental health and I explained that everything was going well except for an issue with my anxiety. I informed the above party that I needed to be resubcribe a previous medication that I was taking once before and she said that she needed to speak with my therapist first. Upon speaking to him she rendered the decision not to give me the medication based upon an issue that has nothing to do with my overall mental health. As a patient I feel she didn't take my mental health into consideration and she based her decision on how she personally feel about me. I spoke with my therapist and he said he didn't know why she rendered this decision. I need my medication and because of her unprofessional concept of the situation I have to go without them, so I feel this is very destimental to my well-being and most of all my mental stability.

MBB has been reporting to my credit report since 2019 this debt was obtain from ***. I reached to the original debtor and ask for the original *** because I have never been serviced by them to obtain a *** for $940.When asked if they sent this to MBB they had no *** for $940, so if I dont owe this *** why has it been sent over to my credit report with no *** ever sent to me. CFPB complaints sent to both agencies for sending unathorized charges to my account.

I have told this company on multiple occasions that my medical *** has been cleared up with the health care provider because of an error. They continue to call me although I told them this several times. They have harassed me and threatened me at home and at work. They have called me after 9pm and before 8 am on two occasions. I want them to remove the incorrect information from three three credit bureaus. I want them to stop contacting me. I want them to not keep transferring this to other entities

Medical Business Bureau Medical Business Bureau has reported a debt to the 3 major credit bureaus

Medical Business Bureau has reported a debt to the 3 major credit bureaus. I have had no prior knowledge of the alleged debt. I immediately contacted Medical Business Bureau. I have contacted them numerous times January '21 - March '21. Their response to my repeated request for the debt information was that I should file a dispute with the credit bureau. The original alleged debt from Compass Healthcare cannot be confirmed. I have contacted the providers of the service referenced and neither the physician groups nor the hospital use Compass Healthcare for billing purposes. My medical provider and insurance can't find any contact information for Compass Healthcare. My insurance also provided a statement that indicates MBB is charging an incorrect amount IF the service could be confirmed. The amount billed is $2,990.00. The plan discount is $2,388.20. The plan payment, $511.53. The amount that may be due is $90.27. MBB also listed this charge twice. This collection/debt should be deleted

Medical Business Bureau MBB sent me a bill that was to be covered by insurance

MBB sent me a bill that was to be covered by insurance. (This was a workman's comp case.) The insurance company contacted MBB in the spring of 2019 and provided updated billing information for my account. Even after getting the updated billing information, MBB did not process this payment, and it sat unpaid for months (unbeknownst to me, as I recieved no other bills or notices). In August, I saw that my credit score had dropped 100 points because MBB listed my account as delinquent. Both I and the insurance agent contacted MBB; MBB then correctly processed the payment (with the billing information they had received months earlier). The derogatory remark remained on my credit report, so I called three more times (September through November) and each time, I was told that the bill was paid, the account is closed, and that they would clear the derogatory remark on my credit report. It is now March , and this bill is still on my credit report as "unpaid." My credit score continues to suffer from it.

On May 17 2022, I went to *** Health to have a needle biopsy done on left breast due to questionable mamogram. I received a bill with a deductable of $1002 due to the procedure being called a "surgery'. It was not a surgical biopsy. When I called Grand View billing, they said it was not their doing and to call primary doctor, i called her and she was only one to made out the referral, but e en she said it was not a surgery. When ever I have called Keystone Healtn Plan East, they are not 'allowed' to tell me anything. Everyone else I have talked to says it is the billing departmengs responsibility. I have been sending in payments of $25 every month along with letters asking them why its being called a surgery, with no response vfom them. I have tried calling the financial help *** and just get answering machine. The last bill #3 I received was with a warning it will be turned into a collection agency if I do not pay it in full. They never told me the cost of the analysis before sending it. In October 2022 I received an Invoice for $1,014.40. It is unbelievable! (If you paid attention to the bill attached they charged almost $1500 with insurance discounts) I called several times, and after a month, *** from txfootankle connected me with *** at the lab (***) and she said it is the laboratory price. No solution. And the sad thing is that my daughter is still with the yellow nail and with fungi. They tried to convince me that the laboratory will deal with me but the lab said no. *** told me that the price is set by the insurance! I am not a fool. I am requesting the business to lower the price to the real one. Checking on the market, confirmatory testing before the treatment of a nail with an average between $250 and $406 per patient per nail. Therefore, charges should not pass $450 dollars They need to adjust the invoice attached. I have already paid $300. Please find attached the invoice from the Lab (Sagis is the name)

I contacted MBB on 4/10 when I noticed that they had filed a derogatory remark and a collection with ***. Let's be extremely clear. I have EXCELLENT credit! Prior to this ridiculousness, I had never heard of this company nor had anyone contacted me about a bill. To my surprise and complete dismay, I called MBB to gain clarity and resolve the matter. I spoke to "Craig" who was exceptionally and notably unhelpful. When I requested a copy of any verifying proof that this was indeed my debt, "Craig" told me to contact my insurance company from 2015 to verify. Family business from 1932 or not, this is not how you conduct business. Needless to say, MBB has directly violated my rights according to the FCRA and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I can not pay, negotiate, or make any progress on resolving the alledged debt if MBB will not verify that it is indeed mine. - I never received a letter from MBB, therefore I was never given 30 days to confirm or dispute the validity of said debt. Furthermore, MBB takes prompt action to respond to my disputes on the *** platform but has not taken any action to resolve the matter with me directly. The standards to maintain an A+ with Complaintsboard.com must be extremely LOW or None for this company to continuously have complaints of this magnitude and still maintain an A+ rating. This is unreal! Well, now that this has my attention, I will be certain to go EVERY DISTANCE to rectify and report this matter at every level. Bringing attention to all facets.

I went to *** urgent care located at *** in ***, ***. On Wednesday oct. 26th I was seen for a possible pregnancy and std. The practitioner asked if I took at at home test I said yes it was negative but my period is a month late. The practitioner asked when was the first day of my last menstrual period I told her September 19,2022. She then asked what kind of system I was having I told her burning , white discharge. She said the pregnancy test they did on me was negative. She did not treat me for anything she asked some to wait until they got blood test results to determine if Im pregnant even tho her test and mine were negative. She did not preform a pelvic exam either. She prescribed me some over the counter cream ! I then asked her why she said it would only take two days and if there was anything wrong she would treat me after I they got the results. So I left still in pain not knowing any more than what I knew before I came. I called early Friday morning which was October 28,2022 the front desk person informed me that no results came in today so I spent the weekend still wait and today is November 1,2022 no one has contacted me about my results. I called again this morning and was able to speak with a women Receptionist named tamicco. Not only could she not pull up medical Info about being tested but she informed me there we still no test results today on Nov. 1,2022. I then asked her to explain to me what was going on and she just asked for a call back number then proceeded to hang up in my face. Very unprofessional and there is a major lack of care from the practitioner she did treat me or handle me well as a patient.

Medical Business Bureau I went to Crestwood medical center urgent care on 7/23

I went to Crestwood medical center urgent care on 7/23. When I was there I gave them both insurance cards to *** of *** and a secondary insurance called ***. I have received 2 ***s since then that *** has sent to me monthly. I contacted both Crestwood and *** yet nothing got resolved. I gave *** all the info to contact Baybridge Administrators many many times yet *** insisted they never received a *** from Crestwood! I have post its documenting how many times I called to resolve this with those 2 ***s including who I spoke to and date. Finally *** tells me on 10/18/22 (over a year later from incident ) that They did *** but said I owed the total ***. Since they supposedly verified this I paid that *** on 10/18/22 for $240.62. Still the other *** for same date *** continued to claim they had not received so finally I spoke to supervisor at Crestwood on 10/4/22 who insisted she would get the claim sent to the right person at Baybridge and assured me it would not go to collections. On 11/4/22 I received a letter from collections about this ***! It was not my fault they failed to *** my secondary insurance correctly and now Baybridge is saying Crestwood failed to *** within the time frame allowed so they wont pay it either! I literally talked to Crestwood at least 10 separate months in a row giving them Baybridge ***ing address and info! I finally just paid that second *** in question due to fear itd wreck my credit but I want someone to look into these 2 places regarding these 2 ***s as Im certain I had met my deductible with my secondary. The other *** amount was $222.41. Acct number at Crestwood is ***. The one for $240.62 acct number is ***. Something is shady here with Crestwood medical center ***ing or *** Administratirs ***ing. I paid both and Im certain I did not have to.

Medical Business Bureau January 7th, 2022 my husband had surgery at New Hanover Medical Center

January 7th, 2022 my husband had surgery at New Hanover Medical Center. We received a bill very quickly from them which I paid in full. This bill came directly from the medical center. Around June I saw the online portal claim I owed another $479.99 which I called the hospital twice and said to ignore it, they show a $0 balance and its a mistake on the portal so I ignored the bills. I get a call late in the summer and they say I do indeed owe the $480 but no explanation of why. I call *** and they tell me nothing on their end has changed and the explanation of benefits show I owed around $900 but I only paid $480 or so with the hospital because of the bill in January/February. They said they didn't change anything and I had to call the hospital. I go back and forth many times with them all of which they keep pointing the finger at each other. I finally get them on three way with me and *** tells the hospital the regional billing code they changed in the summer didn't impact anything about what I owed in January yet they sent me two different bills showing I only owed $480 which I paid and they cannot explain why the hospital billed it differently. The hospital still blames *** because they state the explanation of benefits is what rules here. The *** rep was confused because they billed me many months in a row at $0 paid in full even when *** never changed. Hospital investigates and I get a voicemail finally they ***, I still owe the money. They cannot explain the months of $0 balance and they tell me it's *** fault. I tell them I am stuck in the middle and don't feel like I should owe it. She says I do because the benefits messed up but they always showed the correct balance, it's the hospital that showed $480 and $0. She gave me a payment plan that I cannot afford, it's either this or the lights/food, and then offers me an external company for credit. This is insane and I think they should just eat the cost themselves for their mistake and my time.
