Dear Fashion Nova Customer Service,

I am writing to request a refund for my order, as I have not received my parcel even though payment has been taken from my account.

My order details are:

* Order Number: 187056792
* Full Name: Chrisania McGuigan
* Email Address: [protected]@gmail.com
* Date of Order: 20 May

The order included a jumpsuit and a clutch bag. I have been waiting for my parcel, but it has still not arrived.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and issue a full refund to my original payment method as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any further information. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.
