FarfetchI was charged although I did not have an account

I never made a purchase on farfetch, although everyone I know gives positive reviews about farfetch buying and returning and customer service. It seems that this problem happened with a lot of people and I suggest that the company takes measures against it. Someone is using the website to steal money. The company has to stop the purchase when a complaint like this is made and refund the money. And increase the security measures. Today I was charged for 196.28 USD on farfetch and i called on the spot both the bank and farfetch. The people who steal or clone the credit cards make sure the transaction is done when the company is closed so u can't reach them fast.
