This towing company ain't trustworthy. They towed my Motorhome and messed up the starter wiring. I paid them, but my vehicle wouldn't start even after they used their big battery jump starters (two) and my own jump starter. They said I had to pay for another day or pay them to tow it back where they took it from. I chose the latter and paid for a commercial tow. The dispatcher said I could ride in the tow truck, but when they left, the driver wouldn't let me. The dispatcher called Uber and gave me a ride home. It took an hour longer than when they took my Motorhome back. When I got home, I noticed my jump starter, a Viking XXXXXmah specialty tool, was missing. The tow truck driver must have picked my lock and took it. I want it back. ***

This company droped a vintige restore directly off a flatbed tow truck and wont stand behind repair costs. Level of ethics are non-existant there.. Company did not repair or stand by the work or business they run. Nasty with no professionalism and its costing repairs of approximately *** Never use Falcon.

My car got sent to a storage yard in *** after a crash on ***. They said it was better to take it there instead of my home because my insurance company would come faster due to covid 19. However, my adjusters couldn't make it to the yard quickly. Then, *** toe called me and threatened to sell my car if I didn't pay *** dollars. They even tried to auction it for ***! That's way more than the storage fees. I ended up paying to get my car back, but it was a mess. Glass was broken inside, and there was a bottle of urine in the back seat. They had rummaged through my car, detached the speakers, and broke the glove box. It was completely damaged. I want them to take responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I think they're running an insurance scam and have done it before. This business needs to be stopped, and they should lose their contract with ***. I trusted Falcon Towing because they had the *** logo on their truck. I hope *** takes action against them and cancels their contract. They shouldn't be able to hide behind ***'s name and deceive customers.

A Falcon Towing driver broke my car window when unlocking the driver's door. They said they would pay for the repair, but they haven't. I was in San Pedro visiting a friend on Friday 9/25 when I accidentally locked my keys in my 2019 Ford Expedition. I called AAA, and they sent Falcon Towing to help me get into my car. The tow truck driver tried to unlock the door with a stiff wire covered in plastic, but he ended up cracking the window. The driver, *** apologized right away and said Falcon Towing would replace the window. He wrote some notes on a coupon sheet he had in his truck, highlighted them, and told me to call the next day. (I've attached the sheet with *** notes.) The next day, I called Falcon Towing and spoke to the General Manager, ***. He already knew what happened and gave me two options: they could replace the window themselves or I could choose a glass replacement service and they would reimburse me. I decided to go with the glass service recommended by Huntington Beach Ford, and Mr. told me to send him the invoice later. The window was replaced on Tuesday 9/29, and I emailed the invoice from Certified Auto Glass to Mr. on Wednesday 9/30. (I've attached the invoice and my paid check.) I also have email correspondence with Mr. from 9/30 to 10/21, and I called him on 10/5 and 10/14. Based on the emails and phone calls, Mr. has always admitted that Falcon Towing is responsible for replacing my car's window, but it's been 4 weeks and I still haven't been reimbursed.

On June 11th, 2022, I had a blowout on the freeway. I drove off the freeway to a safer location, parked my vehicle, and called Falcon Towing for a tow. I notified them that I had my 5-year-old nephew in the car with me, who is important and needed a tow as quickly as possible. Later, I was notified that it was difficult to find a tow truck. I waited over two hours, and Falcon Towing sent a driver to change my tire, even though when they called, I said I needed a tow. So that driver left. Again, I waited over 2 hours. I had to call a family member to pick up my nephew. Finally, the tow truck driver arrived to tow my vehicle. As the tow truck driver was loading my vehicle on the tow truck, he accidentally hit my vehicle into equipment that was on the tow truck. On the way home, this driver almost had two accidents with other drivers and got into a verbal altercation with the second driver he almost had an accident with. He also charged me $30, saying it was over mileage. After I disputed it, he stated $20, although I didn't agree, I paid because of the extreme wait. When we arrived home, I immediately got out to look at the damage and noticed a dent and two scratches. I told him about it, and he said, "oh sorry about that" and gave me a service card. I got inside my home and immediately reported it to Falcon Towing as well as the tow company. I was told I would get a call within two days. Since then, I have been contacting both Falcon Towing and the tow company, but I have been getting the runaround, and no one has contacted me or assisted me with the damage to my vehicle. I filed a complaint with Falcon Towing and was assigned to a worker and given a case number for the complaint. I was told that person would act as a mediator between me and the tow company. However, I still have not heard from anyone, and my car is still damaged. It appears that no one is attempting to provide any help or service.
