We were scammed out of $1000.00 from a Marketplace add for a Amphi Car.
The seller was Vilkun Serhii he created a fake add for this Car. Vilkin even sent pictures of the Amphi Car he also provided a copy of his Driver's License. His email address he used was serhii.[protected]@yahoo.com and we e-transferred the Thousand dollars to this valid e-mail address and bank account. His cell number is [protected]. A police report has been done against this individual but as you know this is a small crime and this individual will probably be a scammer for the rest of his life with no consequences for his actions. How does one create a fake add on Marketplace without proper verification? We would like to be re-imbursed for this money from Facebook. Facebook should be accountable for these criminals on line a theft is a theft.

I am trying to delete and did everything mentioned and yet my FACEBOOK account and have done everything and yet cannot delete and it is live.

I have tried all methods mentioned in FACEBOOK to get it deactivated yet it will not all me.

Facebook's program does not recognize humor, satire and anything else that uses the "wrong" words. If you're going to censor, at least get a censor that can regonize satire and parody

I have not heard back from the counselor, but I think we need to set some ground rules for engagement. Please consider the following options, add what feels appropriate to you and select which options will work best for you.

Option 1: we see the marriage through at least six (6) months of counseling:
We will revisit the marriage after six (6) months.
Develop a household budget including, mortgage, utilities, insurance, groceries, and some agreed upon amount for incidentals. Agree how much each person will deposit to fulfill the budget and deposit into the ozk checking account. Meet monthly to discuss financials.
Discussing our relationship with anyone other than the counselors will cease. No exceptions.
If there are sensitive topics to discuss, time will be schedule to discuss without distractions and a plan of action for addressing the topic will be developed.
Speak with intention meaning be mindful the emotions felt when each other speaks and if we notice our emotions turning negative we use a safety word to exit the conversation. This would now be considered a sensitive topic and time should be schedule to address.
Do not text to communicate. Do not hang up out of anger.
Come up with one project to complete together every month.
Make no plans to do anything without addressing with partner. No exceptions.
Option 2: separation w/ six months of counseling:
Since the october mortgage is already paid, I can either stay out the house for the duration of the month or use your half of november mortgage to pay out my half of the october mortgage.
Each person is responsible for their own living and expenses.
Revisit relationship status after six (6) months and make a determination to continue or end.
Option 3: end marriage and end counseling

I am a retired Ontario Provincial Police Officer and I represent a group of over 800 people in South Western Ontario, Canada. We were building a support network for our community, consisting of nurses, police officers, trades people, farmers, mental health counsellors and many others with skills to assist their fellow citizens. The mission statement of our group included being a peaceful and spiritual support group for those in need during these times of tyranny. We were planning many meetings and planning to expand our network of members to help as many people as possible.
Today without warning or prior notice, Facebook deleted our group and deleted the Facebook accounts of many of our members. I am reaching out to your organization for two reasons. First, if you feel you can offer any assistance to our group getting back online, we would appreciate it. If you are not able to assist in that, please report what Facebook has done so people are aware of the evil we are facing.

I opened up the video icon and it showed some woman from the site Roopa having sex with a dog. It showed her having oral sex with it as well. I don't know how that garbage appeared on my account but I would very much like it to cease and content like it. Plus there is lesbian related type content that also appears on the video site. Look I don't condemn that kind of behavior, but I don't want to have it on my site either. Thank you.

My account was hacked. During this said time, my account was placed on restriction I have contacted facebook over and over again, just to reslove this yet I am still finding my self being placed over on restriction again!
I am truly disastifsfied with the out come. Why won't you relesase my account from this major restriction?

Facebook user Tomasso Calagmina regularly posts anti-Semitic content such as Auschwitz jokes. When called on it, he reports persons and gets them thrown in FB jail. For calling this man a moral and mental midget today I am in jail for 30 days! I have screenshots of a dozen of his egregious posts that are still up on Facebook despite complaining. I'm beyond astounded and furious.

Lisa Katy scammed me about a puppy for sale. she reached out to me about a puppy she had. Supposedly the last of the litter. After asking multiple questions and receiving satisfactory answers I paid $150 via zelle for a deposit and they never showed and requested more money the day of pick up. I've reported to fbi. That page has nothing on it. I believe they are out of Europe. I'll never see my money back but want others to be aware. The pages are still up and running.

I feel that Facebook has become much too restrictive and your algorithms for detecting "bullying" need to be revised.
I have been on Facebook since its conception and have always been respectful of others and always strive to help others when possible. According to your team in the past year I posted three times what you claim did not meet community standards. The latest involved a post where a local group (WWP PEEPS) a group from West Windsor NJ discusses local issues. The discussion was about a warehouse that was being built in town and it is very ugly. Someone posted a picture of the artist rendering that showed the completed building. I replied ugly and later tried to add the word building so it said ugly building. You immediately flagged it and I was not able to edit and I was accused of bullying. I was calling the building ugly NOT the poster. You should have an option to edit or delete the post before you ban someone for 7 days.

Prior to this it said my post from 9/1 did not meet community standards but I dont even know what that post was and I know for a fact nothing was bullying. Someone called me racist because I thought the name of an insect causing havoc in our area (Origin is China) was called a
Chinese Lanternfly when in fact it was called a Spotted Lanternfly. Simple mistake. the person called me racist and I told him it was an honest mistake and stop being a crybaby. I was banned for 24 hours and he wasn't? why wasn't he banned and I was?

Prior to that I was in a local group that purposely posts off color texts. That is the premise of the group and everyone knows it is just for fun. I replied to the photo with an off color remark that was not even as bad as the original post and I was given a warning and not allowed to post for 24 hours. seems totally unfair and not fair when considering the First amendment. Does Facebook no longer support freedom of speech? I can understand if it is regarding threats or inciting violence but opinions and replies that may be considered off color are not means for banning posting or terminating subscriptions. This is still America and freedom of speech is still our right. If you continue with these actions I see a class action suit coming your way. Please remove these marks from my record and fix your algorithms.

Posted a remark on a site called Animal Lives Matter and was told it does NOT meet company policy "standards?" Excuse me... But my remarks were not offensive in any manner...Instead my remarks were pleas to help with a horrible problem. I have read on Facebook some truly disgusting, vicious words and yet, nothing was done to curb these posts. I do not understand just who oversees these posts and why some go on and on and on like trump got to do with Rosie O'Donnell. Such filthy, degrading words directed towards this woman, and it went on and on and on. It's pretty sad to read such written words on Facebook and see nothing is done to stop these cruel and vulgar posts. And yet... I am making a sincere, honest plea on animal lives matter, and I am penalized because my words do not meet company standards? Would you please explain exactly what your "standards" are? I am guessing there is a bit of racism going on here.

A 7 day timeout for using the word "stupidity"? This is nuts. All while the user who reported it has stalked me, called me vile names, including calling me stupid. Is it too much to ask Facebook to at least play fair?

I started a pet page - to help people adopt pets, find missing pets, offer advise, etc. about 3 years ago. I had close to 2, 000 members. It was a smalltown, country page. It was completely deleted off facebook, when I came home from work, on Tuesday. There was No message, warning, communication, nothing... about what happened... was there an inappropriate post when I was at work (not monitoring the page), was the page hacked? NOTHING! My page, and all my members, are gone! I have never been in trouble with Facebook, so it made NO sense! I can't contact anyone about it!

I have been banned for 7 days for describing someone as a childish troll .
The person in question had used far worse to me prior to my comment .
As I had been banned, I then reported that person for his comments .
I have heard nothing from facebook .
I checked the group where the comments had been made, and the person I reported had removed his post, the post on which the comments were made . This is not the first time he has done this .
Why has no action been taken against him, and why have facebook not contacted me with the result of my complaint ?
The procedure for appealing against a ban is worthless . Why can someone using your service not speak to someone about their ban ?
You seem to be making these decisions for no other reason than to be able to point to the fact that you have ' challenged ' people for their comments . Whilst ignoring racism, homophobia and sexism that appears on your pages every day .
I don't expect any worthwhile outcome from this, no doubt facebook will remain faceless .

When a person gets blocked such as myself, there is no one to speak to about what is considered outside of the standards. Is it one word, a sentence that offends or something else. Please explain why a person get blocked. From my experience the only review is algorithms that targets specific works or phrases. You grievance board never responds to appeals. Please let me know why I was blocked. FB-NDT1IG5I is the control number. The person that seem to be offended is a prior candidate for Congress in the 8th district of Ohio. I feel this is retribution by him because he lost the election.

Face book have banned my Zynga Poker account with no warning OR reason.
I've played since 2008 and had 9.3 Billion, accumulated slowly and carefully.

Few occasions recently I've got annoyed with players like Gutshot, No Limits and have bet heavily 10 million or so but not billions.

Perhaps I can have my Zynga Poker reinstated
