I was looking through my bank statement's when I came across a monthly debit for FABLETICS of £54.99 a month. I then looked into this and found that it had been coming out of my account since 2021 so amounted to over three thousand pounds. I never ever sign up to any membership and do not remember signing up to this plus I have never ever been notified in any way or sent anything to say that I was signed up to this. I have contacted Fabletics and they just replied with do I wish to get some clothing at a good price as a member what a complete joke this company is. I now need help to get all the money back that they have no right in taking dishonestly.

Claimed loss: £3,000

Desired outcome: Refund of my lost outgoings £3,000 back.
