Fabletics

I called Fabletics to inquire about a second charge on my account for the month. I had only placed one order in late February and hadnt received it yet. I called today to speak to a representative about getting a refund on the charge and to close my account. I was not aware that I signed up for a MONTHLY automatic memebership. The woman on the other end of the line was extremely pushy with me. She did not let me talk and when I finally got a moment to speak up she would not transfer me to someone who could help with the refund. I insisted she refund the item and cancel my membership. Then she pretended to have a bad connection on the line and said she could not hear me (im calling from a land time...) She said if I didnt speak up then she would keep my membership active and disconnect the call. I heard her laughing on the other end of the line when I said I would be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. She hung up on me and ended the call. I went to the website to file a formal complaint and any refund questions are not able to be submitted. An error message pops up saying to cal customer serivce...WELL THAT WENT WELL THE FIRST TIME! I am so disappointed in this company. NOT IMPRESSED. Avoid at all costs. Kate Hudson should be ashamed for promoting such a fraudulent brand!
