Checked in August 10, 2019 Saturday and was going to stay 6 months (working as a consultant).
I was laid off on Oct 16, 2019 and notified front desk immediately.
I paid Aug to Sept: 1, 800 +
On Sept 7, 2019 I paid 1400 +
On Oct 16, 2019 1650.00 was debited from my Discover Card.
I was NEVER EVER late and the Manager /Desiree is HORRIBLE and has ZERO concept of Customer Service. Initially, when I checked out on Tuesday, Oct 22, 2019---I was informed that I would receive a pro rated amount for October monies not used. I received a 715.00 credit. I was (at that time) informed that my Advance Payment of 1650.00 for November 2019 would be credited.
I flew home to Texas and it's now 10/30/19 and the site is now trying to tell me "Oh, Sorry but you were late therefore, we cannot give you any refund".
I about fell out of my chair! 1. I was NEVER EVER LATE AND 2. I left 10/22/19 and paid in advance for November. I contacted Danielle, Kristy, Maribelle and the worthless incompetent manager named Desiree, who was RUDE and never returned my numerous calls. Jason Lora the District Manager was notified and never contacted me even once, and Trust Me I called every day sometimes twice a day.
I am so disgusted with my treatment and their lack of customer service. This manager needs to be either fired or severely reprimanded.
I demand my 1650.00 dollar payment on my Discover Card to be returned immediately. I am highly dissapointed and have never been treated like this by anyone. I have been a Consultant for 30 years and NO Hotel Chain has ever tried to STEAL my money like The Bothell Location Extended Stay.
Please call me at 361.774.2178 Jeanena McQueen-Jolley
I have also contacted Customer Care and they advised me to give Jason Lora (Bothell District Mgr) 72 hours to respond. He has NOT responded and I am sick with dealing w/incompetents at that location and chose this route to settle what is owed to me. TOTAL DUE TO ME : 1, 650.00 AND NOT A PENNY LESS.
THANK YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY OR PROVIDE THE CREDIT IMMEDIATELY. OR BOTH.
