Since Covid started, myself and my daughter have and are paying on medical bills and my health has declined. She is a one income household and I live off of Social Security. Multiple health problems have resulted in high bills that require monthly payments to this concern. We will willing return to Exploria Resorts our timeshares without any expectations of any money. I would be willing to make small payments on a reasonable amount. My medications to keep my sight are very expensive. We have lost more expos that I was assured would never happen at time of purchase. Second timeshare has never been used.
Claimed loss: We have lost years of using services and I continued to make payments until a couple of years ago. it was already a financial burden. My last contract resulted in extremely high % rates when we were told 0% interest.
Desired outcome: I hope that you will accept the surrender of both timeshares and come to a resolution.
