My 80 y/o parents purchased 20k worth of furniture to furnish most of the new home they recently purchased after living in the same home for 50 years. The sales person who sold them the furniture told them that it would be delivered on Thursday 10/2 because their warehouse was “closed” on Wednesday. Store told them they would be receiving a phone call letting them know what time. Thursday rolls around no phone call or furniture from the store so parents called store and was told they would be receiving a phone call. Friday rolls around (today) 10/3 still no call. After driving to the store and talking with both the store managers was assured that it would be delivered today. Parents received a text from store giving them a window from 2pm to 5pm. Parents went to their new house at 1:30 pm to ensure they was in the window. The delivery truck finally shows up at 9pm. Then they was told there bed and other furniture was on back order. Unbelievable! I am so upset! Please do not even consider buying furniture from their furniture store. My parents spent 20 thousand dollars on furniture for their new home and was really taken advantage of!
Recommendation: Please do not buy furniture from this place
