Eureka Forbes has the worst customer service. Iam a 85 yr old man living with my wife at changampuzha nagar, south kalamassery Ernakulam 682033 my mobile number is 9447481655. Even after taking the AMC my water purifier has been out of action for the past 2 months. the service man is not picking up my calls. The problem is that the circuit board is damaged, the service man who responded to that call told that it will be replaced in 2 days. when I called him last time (2 months) he told that he doesnt know when the problem can be fixed.
