During the installation of my water purifier, the technician damaged the water tap, causing a leak. I immediately tried contacting the technician, but my calls and messages were ignored.
After waiting for weeks, I registered an official complaint. Since then, I have received multiple emails stating that my complaint had been escalated and would be resolved within 24 hours. I even received a phone call promising that a technician would visit. However, nobody came, and no action was taken.
The complaint has remained unresolved for months despite repeated follow-ups with customer support and escalation teams. Meanwhile, the leak has continued to worsen and is now causing damage to the wall around the installation area.
What has been most frustrating is not just the delay, but the repeated promises of urgent action that were never fulfilled. I have spent a significant amount of time chasing updates, only to receive the same generic responses over and over again.
The water purifier itself may be fine, but the quality of customer service and after-sales support has been extremely poor in my experience. I would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider the quality of service support before purchasing.
