I purchased a large christmas rush order on december 9, 2021 with donkeymonkeydesign that doesn't show up under my orders but the order # is [protected]. The communication with this company was difficult to begin with and has continued throughout my complaint. The printing was crooked on some of the t-shirts and she requested a picture so she could verify and refund but now will not respond to a long list of emails. The print was also done in a black ink when the picture on her website was green. Very disappointed with this seller and lack of communication and correspondence.

I ordered this item on 10/2/21 for Christmas and payment was made through Pal. I filed a complaint with both since I could not track this item from CHINA!
I was at my daughters on CHristmas and It was not received. I have emailed the person whom I assume is the vendor to no avail.
The email I am trying to get a response from is "[protected]@gmail.
I would like this issue resolved as I was told it was shipped, well it was not received.
Desired outcome: Replacement of item asap or money refunded.
Shop closed with no explanation and account locked
On Dec 16th I reached out to Etsy after having my shop closed without notice. It has been open for less than a day. I sold 5 boxes, two that my mother purchased were cancelled by Etsy (when she talked to them later, they told her I cancelled them, not knowing that I am her daughter and that that is NOT what happened.) I did a follow-up on Dec 22nd and they finally reached out on Dec 23rd just to ask me a bunch of questions like when did I start my Etsy account. I was out of town, by then and visiting family, so I replied to them on Dec 27th and then reached out again on Dec 28th and again on Dec 29th. I reached out to their chat function today on Jan 3rd. Supposedly I am a "high priority" but I don't think it should take almost 3 weeks to find out why my shop was closed and to get my account unlocked. If I violated some Etsy policy, I would immediately fix the issue, but all I know is that my potential Christmas sales were impacted because of Etsy dragging their feet and not communicating. I would be less frustrated by the whole issue if I wasn't still getting messages from Etsy about my shop's weekly overview and to leave feedback for purchases. I would, but I can't get into my account!
Desired outcome: I want my account unlocked and my shop re-opened

I bought some goat soap I have been wanting . Got an email saying my next purchase would have free shipping. I clicked the free shipping link and tried to purchase a few more items and eEtsy continued to charge for the shipping . Needless to say I decided not to purchase anything else since the advertised free shipping was not true . False advertising.

Paid with my bank card some $91.97. Already paid by bank on Dec 6. Was supposed to be delivered between Dec 12 thru 17. Not here yet. Can't get any answers to where it is. It it can't be delivered I want my money refunded. Etsy you take my money the payment was to you. I want and need answers.

Ordered and paid for on 12/13/21, Pre-Transit shipping label created with USPS on 12/17, notified by "Sharon" shipping UPS 2nd day air on 12/21, i requested a tracking number on 12/22, 12/23 and 12/27 with no response from Seller-"Sharon" at BlackSmokeMafia with no responses or replies. Sent last message "Update: 12/27/2021, still waiting for my order and still awaiting a response from seller since she told me "going to send out 2nd day UPS on 12/21. Oh, I paid for my order on 12/13"
Still no response or tracking number as of today 12/29 (over 2 weeks later)
Big issue is ETSY will not allow me to open a case against this seller, there website leads you in circles with how to do it but re-directs you to a site page that is an error page... Rick Carlson

My account was randomly suspended and I received no reason I have called and emailed and nothing I have perfect ratings. People are singing my praise so I don't get it. I tried changing the bank account associated with it and boom two min later suspended

I ordered the product on Dec 8th. I emailed her on the 16th asking for a status update. I received a request from Glenda on Dec 16th asking me to be patient and that she orders a USPS tracking slip (Dec 8th) but assured me she mailed it on Dec 14th. Even though the product is not available, this is her way of keeping Etsy from suspending her account. (see attached phone pic highlighting this) I responded with an offer to drive to Houston for a personal pickup or pay the additional fees for over nighting the product as I needed it by Dec 24th. The gifts were to be added to the Christmas outing for the Dallas Cowboys game in Dallas on Dec 26th. She never responded.
I sent another request to her on Dec 21st as the USPS tracking system stated the items have not yet been received ( even though she tried telling me she mailed it on the 14th) for mail out and asked the status of my order. I stated that if she does not have the item I would be needing to cancel my order and receive a full immediate refund. As of this complaint, she still has not responded. There is no reason for customers to be lied too or cheated simply to keep her account with Etsy open. Had she been up front with me from the beginning and said she could not obtain the items or deliver the items by Christmas I would have been able to cancel my order within the required time frame. Since she ordered the mailing slip I assumed she had the product and would be mailing it in time for my trip to Dallas. She responded with the "I need to do it this way so Etsy wont suspend my account" The USPS local office stated that even with the holidays, if the package had actually be mailed on the 14th like she said, the package should have been delivered within 5 days of mailing if she had mailed it on the 14th like the tracking order and her own admission identified. I have all of the emails that confirm my report
Please resolve this issue with her and obtain my immediate refund

It appears some sellers are ordering packing slips from the USPS in order to keep their accounts open with ETSY, even if they cant deliver the item. According to the seller, ETSY will suspend their account if they cant ship items within a certain period of time. I think ETSY should have sellers confirm they have the items in stock, identify approx shipping time BEFORE an item is paid for and mandate sellers respond to questions about their products that have been paid for within 48 hours. Nothing is more irritating then to be kept in the dark or lied to AFTER a seller receives payments for their items
Ornament order
On the 5th of December, I ordered a custom Christmas ornament from seller adoreanddecor. After waiting 15 days for my order and receiving no communication and no product, I contacted the seller to inquire as to where my item was. The seller messaged me back and told me that she was sooooooo sorry, but that she was on vacation, and that she would not be getting to my order until after Christmas. The seller says that it was indicated on her Etsy page that her shop was going to be closing on the 10th of December, and that orders made after the 5th would not be fulfilled before Christmas; I did not see any of this, but even if I had, I received no communication from the seller that she would not be fulfilling my order until *I* contacted *her*, 15 days after the fact. It is now 5 days before Christmas and I am left scrambling to find my child a Christmas ornmanent. I feel very strongly that this seller behaved unprofessionally, and I WILL be leaving her a bad review, but I felt very strongly that I also needed to let Etsy know of this seller's lax practices and lack of communication with her PAYING customers.
Desired outcome: Fulfillment of my order would be nice, but seeing as how that is impossible, I would appreciate an immediate refund of my money.

I didn't see any prove that the complaint is accepted by the postoffice, nor any answer from the postoffice?
The fact that they can't resend another one because now it is forbidden and the postservice won't accept it? This doesn't make you suspicous?
Is that all you do to protect buyers?

I ordered the tree topper above and received a msg that it was sent. Then I received a msg saying it had been delivered, problem is I never received a pkg. I am handicapped and always home with a ring door bell video - nothing was delivered. I tried getting in touch with UPS, but they require a sellers phone #. I sent msg to Amanda and her response was that she had had 4 problems and would refund my money on monday the 13th if November, never happened and I agIn messaged and this time received NO reply. Order # [protected] I want my money back as I have no topper and no promised refund.

However that order was refunded. So it makes no sense for you to do this.
I have emailed multiple times and keep get an automatic reply asking for more info, or whatever. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue

Etsy is awful. As a hard-working individual, I rely on getting our name out to the public. Especially, in these hard-times, you hope that a supposed "small-brand" business would support you. This is absolutely not the case.
I published our products, worked to set up the store, and then proceeded to try and make it work. I had to go overseas for a few weeks, and therefore was logging in to my account in this manner. As soon as I got my first order, and I responded to the client, ETSY, suspended my account.
I was told a "thorough" review was performed, and that I do not qualify for Etsy, as it appears I am in a country, that is not on their list. I am an American citizen, with a valid US-based address. The two reps I spoke to, each, did nothing to help me resolve the issue. The useless company doesn't even have a number for legitimate merchants to escalate the problem. These "safety and trust" teams do not install neither safety, nor trust.
Etsy is a joke. Please refrain from doing business with this company, as they no longer support small business. I refuse to give further detail on myself, as it will only open me up to some problems with this horrible company.

Ordered a pair of grape earrings from Eva owner of JewelryByEvalice on July 12, 2021 but never received them. I have sent her numerous emails but still no earrings. Confirmation number [protected] for $54.45 total with tax and shipping is $76.12.
I really wanted this pair of earrings. She did respond once to me and said she would check with shipping company but never got back to me. II've been shopping on Etsy for several years and never experienced not receiving the product that I ordered.
Desired outcome: I want a total refund.
Shops we think you'll love on my etsy marketplace
I posted several unlined vintage lace mini dresses and top I designed meant to be worn with the undergarment preferred by the buyer. From these posts, Etsy has inserted several exotic sexually explicit shops on my Marketplace page along with dildos inserted in a Green Bay Packers page I looked up. It is disgusting. I am a 78 year old great grandmother and I am appalled.

So I order some shoes off of Esty, her store name is RanchMami, and I believe this person works for them. The first order of shoes never came to my house; she claims the shoes were lost in the mail. So I asked if I could get a refund. She refused to give me that and ignored me until I opened a case against her. Next, she ignored me again after I told her I wanted a full refund, and instead, she ignored me and said I would give you partial credit, and I told her no, I wanted a full refund. So she abused the power of Etsy and shipped the shoes anyways and is now refusing me to return the item.

My favorite Etsy shop Hipsy Gypsy Designs has been shut down for no reputable reason. I know them personally and they are honest, tax-paying people who have been shut down at Christmas time! They have been in business for many, many years, I have purchased many items from the sellers - but will not buy on Etsy any more! What is happening to the company? Even the orders that have been made are not accessible by the sellers due to Etsy's unethical actions!

Same thing happened to me and my store! Shut down stating they can't accommodate my listing because it contains drugs in it, which it absolutely does not! I've written several times and the only response I get is that they can't accommodate me! It's outrageous and unacceptable. So, my customers can't buy their herbal products and I can't sell them:-(
Seller account
My sellers account has been closed by Etsy. I received no notice of it being closed nor did I close it. I am still being charged for services even though there are no services. None of my listings are showing, and neither is my web site. I have contacted them but have not recieved any response from them.
My account has been closed for 6 months with no notification from Etsy that they closed it. I have lost considerable business because of no notifications and now because no one has returned any calls.
Other sites on Etsy that sell comparable items are still working and I am at a loss as to why my account was closed. I have had a great business with no complaints and lots of compliments, so it is baffling as to the closure.

Shut down for a product other sellers are able to sell. Funds are still on hold after six months.
I'm also experiencing issues with Etsy. After selling an item for about two weeks back in late May, they shut me down. No reason given. None whatsoever. Just shut down permanently. They also held my funds and continue to hold my funds. It's been six months and no release of funds yet, no matter how much I demand they release these funds. The product I sold was also being sold by a couple more shops. However, those shops continue to sell the same exact product without ever being shut down. I had no disputes with any customers. In fact, I bent over backwards to make sure customers who were going on vacation had their product shipped to them where they were vacationing, at my expense! All items were mailed out on time using Etsy's mailing system and all packages tracked. No issues whatsoever, and yet Etsy will not give me my money! It's almost $1, 500 so for me it's a lot of money. Whenever I email Etsy about it, they give me the same song and dance response and tell me they're not going to reply again. GREAT customer service, huh? Especially coming from a company which expects sellers to give nothing but excellent customer service. Funny how it doesn't apply to them! I'm going to seek out a lawyer, but I'd prefer to hire one who would be willing to do a Class Action lawsuit against Etsy. I'm sure there are many other very pissed off sellers going through this. Etsy cannot hold your hard-earned money indefinitely. Their investors are greedy pigs. I have heard of long-term sellers "running for their lives" from Etsy due to serious ongoing issues of how they are being treated, not to mention their exhorbitant fees! Etsy had better get their act together because they're going to get sued. It's inevitable, no matter how much they think they can continue to get away with this abuse of theirs sellers.
