Etisalat — transfer of services
a simple transfer of services from one apartment in the burj khalifa to another apartment 30 floors down is taking weeks.
We get told a Techinican will come out and then they don't show, this has happened now on three occasions.
Today a manager allegedly rings to say they have some cable issues in the building.
It's the worlds worst service I have yet to see.
- no one calls with updates
- you as a customer are non stop following up and the agents all act like they have no knowledge and are clueless . No one helps or supports!
- you waste your time and energy
- issue still not resolved
- 2.5 weeks and still no Tv or internet service
It's a disgrace how a simple process has to take a service provider weeks with no follow up or updates! All the team need to be investigated under a formal disciplinary channel, re-trained or competent people hired.
