[Resolved] Etihad Airwaysdamaged baggage

I had two suitcases that were damaged while flying Etihad from Mumbai to Melbourne and I was given a place in Melbourne to have it fixed up however each time I called them after giving it they told me it Would take time and after a year and a half they said they had sent me the bags but I have not received it however they claim that it's not their reposnsibility

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
