Went to pump fuel at 2am of 15th Aug 2018 Wednesday at (1 Jervois Road S248992 ESSO STATION) and the Supreme holder had something wrong with the sensor and it overflow my whole motorcycle fuel tank & engine case areas. I immediately stopped & asked nearby Malay staff, he looked like 20s-30s yrs old. I asked him if there was something wrong with the sensor & the reply he gave me was *Maybe you don't know how to pump?*. As a customer i am shocked and disgusted by his way of talking to customer. Is this the type of customer service i get after a long day of work. This male Malay staff has zero respect for customers. Not only i had to pay around extra $5 of what i usually pay but i had to even tolerate his attitude towards a customer. There was an indian female staff at the counter & only 1 Malay male staff outside on the day i had this incident. Indian lady staff there is always friendly & has a smile on her face i would like to thank her for her service. Please take note...
