Esso - prepaid visa

I bought a prepaid Visa from Esso I brought it home and I tried to register it it said its not been activated I went back to the dealer and he probably said sorry that's not the card I gave you because the numbers on the front of the card didn't match the four numbers on my receipt
I couldn't believe this gentleman thought that I was trying to play a game for $150
I'm sending pictures of the card pictures of the front and back of the card the receipt and my driver's license and I want something done about this.
If you look at the Back of Card
The 4 numbers are underlined 4312
Same as Receipt
I have never been more humiliated in my entire life

John Barns is a scam artist. He rents rooms in his house, and kicks the renters out 2 weeks later with bogus complaints, and keeps their money.

He is a woman-beater and philanderer.
