This Esso Gas Station is located at Garner Road closed to Highway 403 in Mount Hope, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

I work as part of a very large crew on the 401 in Milton on a nightly bases. These are 12 hour shifts, so we are in need of 24 facilities. Your station on Trafalgar at 401 has 1 staff member that denies my accessibility to use the washroom. Every time I enter store and ask to use washroom he says it is locked. All your other staff have been very courteous and have never refused my need to use the facility. I am unsure of his name. He is an older and bald Caucasian man and he refuses me every time.. So this time I advised him that he needed to notify the public by posting an "Out of Order" sign on the door if it is in fact out of order.. As I desperately needed to use the facility, I entered the UNLOCKED washroom and he said some very racial and vulgar words to me so I advised him to call the police if I am violating any laws. When I was finished as the facility worked as it always does, I thanked him and he continued his vulgarity to me and I stepped out the door and told him I will be filing a complaint.

stopped to get fuel and a touchless car wash 45 minutes out of Meaford heading towards Barrie on my way to King city. In a hurry so I filled up noticed free vacuum with car wash which I paid luxury wash. When I drive to the vacuum I find that you need to go into the sore to get tokens, so I chose not to. get to my location about another 40 minutes away on a perfectly dry drive and when I get out of my car the rear hatch looked the same as before it was washed as did all 4 rims. I felt very ripped off.

Esso has decided to stop using the speedpass tags to pay at the pump.
It was simple and easy. One tap and and credit cards and points card all entered. Now you have to take 2 cards from your wallet and hope and they don't drop or blow away.
The say it is great now because they have an APP. !
They clearly do not care about seniors who do not use smart phones and apps.
Why take something simple and make it harder?

This ocurred this morning September 4, 2021 at about 7 am. I purchased a carwash and while in use I could hear a loud clacking from the right side of my vehicle. When the brushes had stopped rotating I noticed something sticking out of the right side of the brushes. There is some kind of wire stuck to the right hand rotating brushes which kept slapping my van windows. Possibly scraping them also.

Simply put, we stopped in to get gas and asked to use the washroom, but were told it was not available due to the pandemic. I found that very confusing.

I am very disappointed with Esso customer service. I had purchased a Esso gift card for the amount of $50 for my brother for Fathers day June 18, 2021 and it didn't work. I called Customer service in early July the women I spoke to said that there was a lot of complaints coming about these gift card something do due with your computer system and that it was going to get fixed that week sure enough it wasn't my brother goes to use his card again and the problem is not fixed. I called your customer service on Sept 1st, 2021 again explained the situation the agent rudely asked for the card number then says to send a picture of the receipt and card. I said ok no problem just to let you know its been since June so the receipt is faded you can only see very little of the receipt. Your rude agent says it has to be clear nothing we can do about it, so my response is so I lose $50? Rude agent says yes you did nothing I can do. How rude is that? I understand things are harder with COVID but no need to treat paying customers like nothing. I am sorry I didn't get his name it is so disgusting how I was treated not even an apology to the situation or let me speak to my manager see what we can do nothing no remorse just plain rudeness. I know there is nothing that is going to be done about this complaint even if I got the agents name I am sure nothing would be done about what happened today. You lost a customer for good and a lot of my friends and family members also go to Esso once I told them what happened you lost them as well. Maybe get better agents to handle the complaints I am very disappointed and disgusted with Esso never again. Like I said I am sure nothing is going to be done with this complaint I just felt you should know how your agents respond to customers I am really pisssed off, now I am out $50 and my brother didn't get a gift disgusting.

I have been trying for days to reach anyone to rectify an issue with my PAID gift card. On Augut 15th I went to Esso to use 35$ of gas. When presenting my gift card, the attendant commented, not sure how to proceed. I scanned by card and 35$ was placed on HOLD! She called someone else and I was told that within 24 to 48 hours, HOLD would be removed. I needed gas as I was near empty and had to use my VISA. Went this morning, August 21st to the gas station requesting a balance statement and of course, the 35$ shows still being on hold. This girl was of not help what-so-ever and basically said, can you come back on Monday when my boss is here. I have tried calling emailing and getting absolutely no where. I am appalled that the service station is not taking any responsibility on this issue, they've messed up but will offer no help what-so-ever. I NEED THE HOLD REMOVED, THIS IS A PREPAID GIFT CARD. RELEASE THE MONEY

On 06.08.2010@545pm, I was at the esso petrol station at 31 Choa chu kang way, Singapore 688786 to wash my car. I was shocked only 1 guy attended to me. One sitting far and smoking, another guy sitting behind. Peak hours like this the guys should be handling the cars & customers..

The young Indian boy who ask for $11, start to pick up arguments with me when I give him $50. He say no change and ask me to get down at the washing area (place full of soap & flooded with water. I move out and park, than went into the cashier to change the $50.

At the cashier, a Chinese lady shouted and throw her anger at me saying why the car washing company do the business if no small change of $50.
Me very disappointed & helpless. But later she pass me the change unhappily.

I like to speak to the higher officer in this complaint department about my this sour incident. I thought to pull all my vehicles under this esso membership card. But me sure esso management will look into this matter seriously and I want to speak to the higher officer.

Breton, Alberta Esso for second time in one week hasn't opened on time first they didn't open till 1pm and the the second time it's 8:45 and still not open. When their hours say 6am open.

On every occassion that I have visited the location on Lloydtown-Aurora rd and Jane st in southern Ontario, the employees there will sneakily take multiple items I planned to purchase, and then refrain from scanning them, typing in their own fake prices instead. They then pretend that $3.99 items are anywhere from $7-$10 and try to make me pay for it. Obviously I recognize the issue and say something each time, and then they scan the item and lo and behold the price matches the posted price and not the fake one they typed into the computer. This has happened repeatedly and is very frustrating. Why should I have to watch the hands of a con and make sure he doesn't overcharge me just to purchase some chips or a drink? They are not making mistakes. I have been watching their actions for some time now and it is quite intentional. As I already mentioned, the high and made up prices are those that they type into the computer, not from scanning the items. This is unacceptable to myself and to the other people that live around here. Please rectify this situation.

The attendant came out screaming at us as we're leaving the parking lot to pay for our gas. Will definitely be the last time we stop or recommend. We paid at the pump and got the receipt. This was embarrassing for us to have to turn around and show proof of payment. Had we not done this the next step would be the RCMP showing up at out house. Lesson learned. Hot happy

This is the third incident I have had with the pump at ESSO McKerrow #255. Full Address: 331 Hwy 17 W, McKerrow, Ontario, Canada P0P 1M0

Quite often the receipt will not print. Last time I got gas the nozzle did not stop when my tank was full and sprayed gasoline on me and the vehicle. Today I filled up and wanted regular gas ($1.32/litre), I always stand with the pump on my left and my car on my right, then when I push to button for gas, it's always the on closest to me. I never noticed, but when I did that the ESSO Supreme light lit up and half way through filling up, I realized I was getting the expensive gas ($1.55/litre). I went in and mentioned it to the casher and he said he had no control over the pumps and I must of hit the wrong button, to do that I would of had to reach across the machine and I know I did not. As I was leaving, I noticed another person having an issue with getting the gas they wanted, they were hitting the button and then cancelling their order.

Just wanted to let you know that there are issues with this station. I like the PC points, but I will do without them if there is going to be issues with getting my gas ther.

i tried to purchase gas at the esso 3514 weston rd the guy was on his phone ignoring me, he made five customers leave because he wouldnt let them him he started to attack me verbally and almost hit me with the item you use to collect garbage, he also called me anigger

I was trying to fuel at pump 10, but it says that I must pay before fuel, so I went into the store to pay for it. When it was my turn, I said to cashier " pump#10, n0. 91 gasoline, 45 dollars please. " The cashier said " We don't have $45, we only have $48". And I said " Ok, $48 is good." I paid and went out to fuel. But when I tried to fuel, the screen shown that I didn't pay, then I checked my receipt, and I noticed that the cashier made me pay for pump6. After that, I went into the store again, and I said to cashier "Hi, sorry, l said pump 10, not pump 6." The cashier said " Pump 10 needs prepay." And I said "I know, I wanted to prepay, and that's why I said I want to pay $45." What happened next surprised me. He yelled at me" You stay there! And Don't shout here! Don't shout!" I was shocked! I didn't shout! And I wasn't even angry before he yelled at me.
After a long while wait, he gave me $2 back. But the fact is that he charged me $47.36, the amount I should pay is $45, where is the remaining 36cents? He didn't return the right amount I should get to me.
So I want to complain 2 things about the cashier. The first is that he is serving customers with very, very bad attitude, which makes me feel really unsatisfied. And the second thing is that the cashier didn't refund me the right amount.
I want the refund, and please train the employees to be polite.
This happened at 380 Main St N, Markham, ON L3P1Z4 around 5:48 pm on May 14.
