A CSR named Gurpreet (age 45-50 female) was working at the gas station at 9:56 pm on November 17, 2021 located on 6221 King George hwy, surrey, V3X 1G1, BC, Canada. I wanted to prepay the gas and while conducting the transaction, I asked the CSR, Gurpreet that if they are hiring at their location. I had asked the same question a month ago and she told me that they already hired someone a few days ago. On Nov 17, same reason was given to me by her. and when I asked her that she gave me the same reason she got furious and nervous and said talk to manager. when I asked her who is the manager and their name. she literally refused to share manager's name. she lied that she doesn't know name and what time the manager to comes to the store, then she said they might come at noon. she was extremely rude when I asked her few times and asked me to leave the store rudely. later she said she is owner and manager and then she changed her statement to she works 15 hours only. overall it was an upsetting experience at your store and CSR's like gurpreet are examples for creating a bad reputation of your company especially for someone is who is eager to join your company. later she gave me a name DAN Dinsa, when I asked her full name she was not only rude but disrespectful by calling me with names in punjabi language. I would really appreciate if strict actions are to be taken against Gurpreet. All I asked her if their location was hiring and clearly, she doesn't want other people to get opportunities with ESSO.

Desired outcome: Strick action and Training to Gurpreet how to do Customer service
