After placing order, of course, they changed the shipping dates for items to be received and no type of customer satisfaction is offered. My order was said to be received on jan. 24 when I ordered and now not until february 24, 2012. If orders are back ordered, customers should be informed and if a mistake is later discovered, some type of offer should be given to the customer. I was not even given the courtesy to be told that my order would not be shipped until a month later. This is ridiculous and poor customer care!!!
