OMG, guys, do not buy anything from this toolsvilla site if you ever think you are gonna need any service from them! We got a product, and this thing didn't work when we unpacked it. Hey y'all, I wanted to share my experience with Tollsvilla. I recently bought a double deep fryer in June from them and received it on time. However, after a week of using it, one of the fryers stopped working. I called Tollsvilla customer support and they asked me to send an email. I was quite upset by their attitude and lack of immediate help as they asked me to email them, but not provide a solution right away.

When I sent the email, to my surprise, no one responded. I was disappointed and frustrated. I didn't expect such poor customer service from Tollsvilla. It took them months to send a reply that they would send the parts I needed, but it's already September 08/09/2020 now and still no parts have arrived.

I contacted one of their support team team members, Mr. Tapas, who was very unhelpful and unmotivated. He suggested that I check with the local market as they will not send any replacement parts. Moreover, he also mentioned that the warranty I was entitled to was not covering my issue. That was really unprofessional. I felt cheated, frustrated, and highly disappointed with their services. The products sold by Tollsvilla are worthless.

Bought a button making tool in the tollsvilla website and turned out that the dye provided along with the tool is not working properly ,,tried and spoiled almost al the buttons i had .wasted lot of hours. took it to the local shop for assistance and they too mentioned that its not working properly.. please respond quickly.. is there a return policy .its would be great if you could take it back .because it is of no use.. i dnt even get dyes localy. please respond quickly. i needed it urgently
