I placed an order for 6 filters on June 22 and didn’t receive my shipment until 2 weeks later and the filters were not the correct size. I contacted customer service multiple times and each time I was informed by the customer service staff and the supervisor of customer service that they would look into the mater ( a lot of lip service) with nothing getting accomplished. In disgust I contacted visa and launched a complaint about the service and the incorrect size about a week ago. Today on July 23, I received a noticed that I would receive the shipment on July 28 more than a month later. Hopefully they are the correct size. I will never buy from them again. I had better service with Home Depot with a much lower price.

I sent an email to your company on November 2, 2020 at 2:58 PM CST. I recently moved to a new address and purchased six 20x30x1 filters from your company. However, I later discovered that the filter in my furnace was the wrong size. I managed to fit one of the new filters by bending and forcing it into place. The original filter was a flimsy washable one that was replaced with the ill-fitting 20x30x1 filter I bought.

I would like to know if it is possible to return the remaining five filters and exchange them for five new 19x30x1 (Merv 8) filters. If this is possible, please let me know where I can send the remaining filters. I have attached the order information below.

I gotta warn ya about Filterbuy, man. Ordering filters from them can be a real pain in the neck 'cause their sizes ain't always a perfect match for what you need. And let me tell ya, their return policy is a real bummer. You gotta fork out your own dough just to send 'em back. And don't even get me started on their customer service. Those guys are straight-up rude, man. They don't know the meaning of good manners. So yeah, be careful with Filterbuy, dude. It's a real hassle dealing with 'em.

I gotta say, I'm a bit skeptical about this Filterbuy company. So, I went ahead and ordered a whopping 12 filters, 6 of each size. But guess what? I only received one size! Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, what's up with that? I decided to reach out to them and ask what the deal was. But you know what? They didn't even bother responding for a whole week! Can you imagine the nerve? It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, come on, if this is the kind of customer service they're offering, they should seriously consider shutting down shop. I'm not sure if they're still in business or not, but with this level of service, they definitely should be.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Filterbuy, to be honest. I placed an order with them, but it never got shipped or delivered to me. So, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a replacement, but guess what? Same story, it never made its way to me. Frustrated, I decided to call Filterbuy directly to sort things out. However, their solution was simply canceling the replacement order. They didn't even try to fix the problem or make an effort to keep me as a customer. It left me with the impression that they just don't care.

The filters I ordered from Filterbuy ended up being a bit too small for the opening. I was expecting a 24 x 16 inch filter, but it turned out to be 23.5 x 15.3 inches. This size discrepancy caused the filter to get sucked up into the plenum towards the intake fan. In the past, I have used Filtrete filters and never encountered this issue. The Filtrete filters I used measured 23.8 x 15.7 inches, which were obviously larger and didn't get sucked up into the plenum.

I checked out a bunch of websites to find the best deals on air filters for my home furnace, AC, and HVAC system. Filterbuy.com had some really competitive prices, especially if you buy a bunch at once. The cool thing is that these filters are made right here in America, not some foreign-made stuff. And guess what? They even throw in free shipping! I went ahead and ordered a dozen filters because that was the best deal, but even if you only need three or more, the price is still pretty darn good.

So, I placed an order for some filters on September 24th. The very next day, they went ahead and made a fexex label for my package. Now, here's where things started to go downhill. Can you believe it took a whopping 9 days for fexex to even receive my order? I mean, come on! That's just plain ridiculous.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer service through the chat feature. And guess what? They had the audacity to tell me that my order was 'Stuck' in their warehouse. Seriously? How does that even happen? I had had enough at this point and demanded that they cancel my order and refund my hard-earned money.

But wait, there's more! They had the nerve to inform me that it would take them a whole 5 business days to process the refund. Five days! Can you believe it? Well, I certainly couldn't. Fast forward two weeks later, and I still hadn't received my refund. Frustrated once again, I decided to give their customer service another shot.

Well, let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The first representative I chatted with simply closed the chat on me. Can you believe the nerve? But I wasn't about to give up that easily. I immediately started another chat and explained my situation to the next representative. And what did they do? They had the audacity to tell me that I would have to wait another two weeks for my refund. Unbelievable!

At this point, I was beyond fed up with the runaround I was getting from Filterbuy. I couldn't take it anymore. So, you know what I did? I decided to take matters into my own hands and requested a refund through my credit card company. I mean, who has time for this kind of nonsense?

Honestly, the whole experience with Filterbuy has left a sour taste in my mouth. It just seems super sketchy and unprofessional. I can say with certainty that I will never, ever order from them again. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable company to fulfill your filter needs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I bought these Filterbuy furnace filters a while ago and finally got around to using the first two in my registers. Let me tell you, I am seriously disappointed with these filters. They're like, a quarter inch too small all the way around, so they just flop up and down whenever my HVAC unit cycles. It's honestly ridiculous. And to top it all off, when I tried to post this review on the website they automatically subscribed me to, it just wouldn't go through. Can you believe the nerve? So, instead of wasting my precious time and effort, I decided to find other websites to share my experience.

Overall, Filterbuy has some great prices, but their service and attention to detail really need some improvement. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on making their customers' experiences better.

I recently purchased some filters for my exchanger from Filterbuy. Let me tell you, I've tried out various brands with different levels of fitness and firmness. Fit is crucial, you know, so you don't have to go through the hassle of bending the filter or squishing the rim that seals the vents. I've had the unfortunate experience of about 40% of the filters not fitting properly. You see, when they say it's a 30" filter, it's actually more like 29.75". It's not exactly 30"! And let me tell you, when you have filters this size, they draw in a whole lot of air, so you definitely don't want them getting displaced.

Anyway, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size this time. But guess what? I had a chat with one of their friendly and knowledgeable employees, and she totally understood my situation. She came up with a solution that worked for both of us. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, honestly. And you know what? I wouldn't even think about getting a different filter now.

I ordered and paid for a Merv 13 filter from Filterbuy. They shipped a Merv 8 filter instead. So, I called customer service and they sent out another filter within 48 hours. But, to my surprise, it was yet another Merv 8 filter. I couldn't believe they made the same mistake twice in a row. I asked the customer service agent how this could happen, but they didn't have a satisfactory answer. They promised to send me another filter, but it's been almost a week and I'm still waiting for it.

I was really frustrated with this whole situation, so I decided to reach out to their chat line. I told the agent, Chad, that I was thinking of canceling my three-month subscription. Without any hesitation, they immediately terminated my subscription. I was taken aback by their quick response.

Feeling even more dissatisfied, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I wrote an email to the CEO of Filterbuy, expressing my disappointment and frustration. However, to my disappointment, I received no response back from them. It seemed like they didn't care about my concerns at all.

At this point, I've lost my trust in Filterbuy. If the filter I receive when it finally arrives is the Merv 13 filter that I originally paid for, I will definitely be looking for another company to purchase my filters from.

I ordered a Honeywell 20x25x4 filter, but I received a smaller size, measuring 19 1/2 x 24 1/2 x 3 1/2. It was too small for my system. I contacted the company via email and they offered a refund if I returned the undersized filter. The request number was XXXXXX. I took the box of filters to the shipping company, ***. They were the ones who delivered the box to my house. The cost of the filters was $132, plus $8.00 for shipping. However, *** wanted $132.06 to ship the filters back. It didn't make sense to return the filters and possibly get a $132 refund when the shipping cost was almost the same. This issue could have been avoided if the filters were labeled with their correct dimensions on the website where I ordered them.

Filterbuy is a total scam, so watch out! They sneakily sign you up for a subscription without your approval. Can you believe that? I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim with my credit card company just to dispute their shady practices. Let me tell you, I won't be making the mistake of using them ever again.
