Envato / ThemeForest review: Locked account

I have been using Envato Themeforest for nearly 7 years. I have purchased nearly 10 licenses so far. Recently, I tried to purchase two more licenses. When I made my purchase, Envato decided to lock out my account out of nowhere. They didn’t give me any reason. When I tried to reach the Envato Help Team, they didn’t even give me any explanation.

When I searched a little bit, I noticed that I was not alone. There are a lot of customers whose account is locked out without any reason. And this creates a reliability problem for the themes purchased from Envato. I can no longer rely on themes from Envato.

I am no longer able to purchase new licenses. But, I am also not able to access my previous downloads. It means that I will no longer get updates. I cannot access my previous purchase codes. I got literally robbed by Envato.

Do not think that this cannot happen to you. I used Envato Market for 7 years without any problem. One day, without any reason, they just stole all my licenses. It will happen to you as well, sooner or later.
