NameHero hosting review: Poor quality and customer service - avoid at all costs!
My experience with NameHero has been a complete disaster. I have been using their services for the past 12 months, and I have given them a 0 rating. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers who are fooling people by selling the same Hostinger VPS to their customers. The VPS plan that I purchased from them was not up to the mark, and when I asked for a refund, they simply blocked my backup access, leaving me helpless and stranded.
I am not able to get the backup of my client, which is causing a lot of trouble for me. When I raised this issue with NameHero, they tried to force me to buy their VPS package for another month at a whopping $89. They have promised me a backup of just 2 GB, which is clearly not enough.
Overall, I would not recommend NameHero to anyone. The quality of their services is extremely poor, and their customer support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. If you are looking for reliable and trustworthy hosting services, then I suggest that you look elsewhere.
In conclusion, my experience with NameHero has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company is simply not worth your time or money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hosting provider at all costs.
NameHero Review: Reliable hosting but needs improvement in customer service, video tutorials, and refund process
NameHero is a good site for those who are looking for reliable hosting services. However, there are certain things that need to be considered before signing up with them. Starting with their customer service, I must say it was great, but things started to change when I decided to buy a template. The staff's response was not clear enough, and it left me wondering where to seek help. This made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been.
Furthermore, the website's video tutorials are not detailed enough, which may cause confusion and a lack of understanding of the important information needed for success. This can be frustrating for those who are not tech-savvy. Therefore, NameHero should ensure that their video tutorials are comprehensive, clear and concise for everyone to comprehend.
One other issue that I experienced was that they were a bit slow in giving refunds for lack of service. This could be frustrating for those who are facing technical difficulties and need a timely solution. However, I must say that they eventually provided the refund, but the delay caused some inconvenience.
Despite these minor issues, I am still recommending NameHero due to their reliability in terms of hosting services. With a few tweaks in their customer service and video tutorials, they could provide an even better user experience for their customers. Overall, it's a good hosting site for those who need to host their website with a reliable and affordable service provider.
Stay Away from NameHero Web Hosting - Terrible Experience and Unreliable Service
I had a terrible experience with NameHero (namehero.com). It was really bad. They did not deliver on the services that I paid for. The worst part about it is that they tried to blame their own products for not working together. It was really frustrating because I just wanted to get my website up and running.
After a while, I decided to close my account and move on. That's when they started making excuses as to why they couldn't issue a refund. At first, I thought it was just a misunderstanding. But then they went too far and disputed the refund with my bank. It was really shady and unprofessional of them to do that.
I hope that others do not have to go through what I went through with NameHero. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are just not reliable or trustworthy enough to handle anyone's website needs. It's really too bad because there are so many other companies that would do a better job.
Overall, I had a terrible experience with NameHero. They did not provide good service, made excuses, and were not helpful when I needed them to be. It was really frustrating and disappointing. If you're looking for a web hosting company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

NameHero Hosting Review: Unclear Subscription Policies, Top-Notch Service
So, I recently signed up for NameHero hosting services, and while I am happy with the service quality, there are some things that are unclear to me. Namely, the hosting contract. I did not see anything about subscribing prior to making payment, but it seems like I have been signed up for a subscription without my explicit consent.
This has me feeling a bit uneasy as I cannot find the details to either the contract or subscription. Now don't get me wrong, I do want to keep using NameHero hosting services, but I cannot guarantee that I would be happy using the service for a long period of time. My receipt states that I have signed up for two years at a discounted rate and then two years at the regular rate. This leaves me worried about what sort of long-term commitment I may have unknowingly entered into.
Despite these concerns with the subscription, I must say that the hosting services are top-notch. They offer fast and reliable service, and I have not had any significant issues with uptime or server speed. Additionally, the support team has been incredibly helpful and polite, always responding to my inquiries in a timely manner.
Overall, I would recommend NameHero hosting services to anyone who is in need of fast and reliable hosting services. Just beware that you may unknowingly sign up for a subscription without fully understanding what that entails.
NameHero Web Hosting Review: Impressive Services but Checkout Process Needs Improvement
So, I gotta be real with you guys. I recently signed up with NameHero for my web hosting needs, and honestly, I'm super impressed. But, let me start by saying, their checkout process gave me a bit of a headache.
You see, I was transferring my domain over to NameHero, and I had no idea I needed an EPP code. So, when I got to the checkout process, I was hit with a roadblock. I had to stop everything and figure out how to get my EPP code from my current registrar. Let me tell you, it was not a quick and easy process.
I ended up spending an extra 15 minutes just trying to figure out what the heck was going on. And while I eventually got my EPP code and was able to proceed with the checkout process, it was still a frustrating experience.
Now, if NameHero had a warning or something at the start of the checkout process, I could have saved myself a lot of hassle. But, I will say, despite this hiccup, I am really happy with my decision to go with NameHero.
Their hosting services are top-notch, and their customer support is seriously impressive. I've had a couple of issues since signing up, and every time I've contacted their support team, they've been quick to respond and super helpful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend giving NameHero a try for your web hosting needs. Just be sure to have your EPP code handy if you're transferring a domain over!
Avoid NameHero Hosting Company at All Costs! Terrible Experience and Unethical Business Practices
I had such a terrible experience working with NameHero! They owe me over $1000 and keep giving me all kinds of excuses as to why they can't give me my refund. It's so frustrating!
I'm not just going to let this go. I've decided to take legal action against them. I've had enough of their terrible customer service and unethical business practices.
Do yourself a favor and look for a different hosting company to work with. You don't want to get caught up in the mess that I did by working with NameHero. Trust me, it's not worth it!
Stay far, far away from this company at all costs!
Disappointing Experience with namehero.com: Unhelpful Customer Service and Unprofessional Process
I purchased a Host and domain from namehero.com and it was quite a process. When I was about to pay for the items, an error message popped up, and I had to start the whole process all over again. This was already a hassle, and to make matters worse, my bank account was already debited.
I contacted their customer service through email, and luckily, they were able to manually add the Host and domain to my account. However, when I checked, my domain was registered under the wrong name. I requested for them to change it, but they refused to do so, claiming that it was my fault.
I was disappointed with the experience and I do not recommend using their service. Their customer service was not helpful and unfriendly, and the whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. It's better to look for other options than risking to have a similar experience.
NameHero Review: Performance Shines, but Upselling and Pricing are a Bit of a Downer
Well, let me tell you about NameHero. This web hosting provider is quite impressive, and trust me, it's way quicker than Godaddy. If you're looking for a reliable service that delivers on performance, then NameHero is where it's at.
Now, about the upselling. I get it, they want to make their money, and I'm fine with that. But let's be honest, no one likes feeling like they're being nickel-and-dimed, and that's exactly how I felt when I saw all the upsells. I mean, come on guys, just come up with a one-price feature and let's get on with it.
But hey, like any hosting company, their pricing isn't exactly something to write home about. It's going to make most of us common folk cringe, but let's just rip off the bandaid and get it over with, yeah? None of us want to be torched with upsells that we don't even understand. I'm not a techy guy, and all those mumbo jumbo words and options make my head spin.
Overall, NameHero is a pretty solid choice for web hosting. Sure, the upselling needs to be toned down a bit, and the pricing could be better, but when it comes to performance, NameHero delivers. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
NameHero Web Hosting Review: Slick Design and Reasonable Prices, but Misleading Add-Ons
Ok, so I gotta say I was lookin' for a good web hostin' service for my online biz and came across NameHero. Lookin' at their website, I gotta say it looks pretty slick and easy to use. But lemme tell ya, there were a coupla things that didn't sit right with me. First off, when I was checkin' out their add-ons for ID protection, email forwarding, and external DNS management, I saw that it was gonna cost me an extra $21.92 for a yearly renewal. But then, when I went to select the one year renewal option, the price dropped down to $12.98. What gives, man? That's a bit misleading if ya ask me.
There was also an issue after I picked my domain name. When I clicked to continue, it took me back to the web hostin' plan selection page without the discount, not once, but twice! That was a bit annoying, ya know? And to add to that, their website was movin' a bit slow the past couple days.
But overall, NameHero's website design is pretty dope and I gotta say, it's easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Plus, I think their prices are pretty reasonable compared to some other web hostin' services out there. If they fix those few issues I mentioned, it'll be a solid choice for web hostin'.
Beware of NameHero Pricing Trickery
I gotta say, I was real excited about NameHero at first. Their website looked slick and professional, and their hosting packages seemed pretty reasonable. But boy, was I in for a surprise.
Turns out, the prices they list on their site are only available if you sign up for a whole year or more. Ain't that some sneaky business? You'd think they'd be more upfront about something like that, but nope. I had to dig around to find that little asterisk that says "terms apply" - and even then, I couldn't find any details about those terms or any other rates that might be available.
I ain't gonna lie, that put a damper on things for me. It's one thing to offer discounts for longer commitments, but it's a whole 'nother thing to make it hard for folks to figure out how much they're actually gonna be paying. A little honesty and transparency would've gone a long way in my book.
All that said, I gotta admit that the rest of the NameHero experience was pretty smooth. Once I got past the pricing confusion, the signup process was easy enough, and their hosting service seems to be top-notch. So it's not like I'm completely unhappy, but I do wish they'd play a little more fair.
