I recently signed up with Namehero for my hosting needs and have to say, overall it's been a great experience. The server speed is truly something to behold - it's a rare instance when I've experienced that kind of speed on a hosting platform. There were a few issues at the outset though, which put a bit of a dent in my initial enthusiasm.

One of the issues was with the linode. When I bought the package I was hoping to get one thing but was delivered another. This was obviously a problem for me, but I got in touch with them and they were quick to fix it. Great!

Their customer support is truly decent, though, there are some issues that need ironing out. For instance, they don't have an online chat option like some other hosting companies do. Instead, they rely on a ticket system which is a bit of a drag. You have to create a ticket and then wait patiently, not knowing how long it's going to take for them to get back to you. I wish they had an online chat option as this would make things a lot easier.

On the whole, though, I'm pretty satisfied with Namehero. If they could just sort out the ticket system thing, I might actually be ecstatic about my experience! But, as it stands, it's a great service, and I highly recommend them.

First off, when I was about to checkout on the summary page, I noticed a bug with the javascript that handles the updating of the total amount for domain registration. I had initially signed up for various features including ID protect, DNS hosting, and email forwarding, which brought my total to just over $18. However, I later decided to remove email forwarding from my order, yet the total remained the same. It wasn't until I changed my billing cycle from 1 year to 3 years and then back to 1 year that the total finally updated. It definitely made me a bit nervous since I was about to entrust my clients' websites with their services, and I expected the site to work flawlessly.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't perfect, since I also noticed that page loads were a bit slow, taking upwards of 5 seconds to load. Although I attributed this to the pandemic and the fact that I was completing my order from overseas, I still expected quicker load times.

Despite these two issues, I still find NameHero to be a solid website hosting option. Their pricing is competitive and their customer service is top-notch, always being quick to respond to any concerns I had. I'm just hoping that moving forward, any small bugs or issues I encounter are smoothed out promptly to provide a seamless experience.

I've been a satisfied reseller customer at Namehero for a while now, and every time I need help, their support team comes to the rescue promptly and effectively. I've never experienced a company that values their customers as seriously as Namehero does. Their customer support is simply TOP NOTCH, and I'm grateful for that. I can confidently say I will remain a lifelong customer of Namehero as long as they are still around. Not only do they "fly above the competition," but they also fly circles around them. The company's owner, Ryan, has an endless amount of content on YouTube that is accessible to anyone. So, it's been a hot minute and I've been using NameHero for a few weeks now; but, like my time with Google, I've come to the realization that I am not a fan of Wordpress. Like, at all. It's straight up not manageable for your girl over here.

But, let me just say that Ryan Gray and the NameHero squad? Whew, they are some of the best when it comes to customer service and support. Unfortunately, even with their help, I've decided to bid adieu to my NameHero account.

I'm all about that Drupal life when it comes to CMS, so I did my due diligence and found another company that came highly recommended by Drupal experts. And ya girl needs to take some time to learn the ropes before I hop into the web design and hosting reseller game with the new company.

However, for those of you that are loyal to WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, let me make it clear - NameHero is the move. Their customer service and support are unparalleled and Ryan and the rest of the squad truly care about their clients's success.

I had never, ever heard of Nameheros until my webdesigner told me about them, and I gotta say, I was freakin' hesitant at first. I mean, there are SOOOO many companies out there, right? And in my business, we gotta deal with a lot of them. But lemme tell you, man, Nameheros' customer service and support is off the chain! For realz! I've dealt with a handful of their tech support peeps, and lemme just say, they're all sooooooo awesome!

Can I just take a minute to give a HUGE shout out to Mark? Dude has helped me out soooooo many times, and lemme tell you, he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what ya would expect from anyone at Nameheros. Honestly, the guy's the real MVP in my book, and I don't even know how I'd have gotten through the tough times without him.

But seriously, every time I've had a problem or a question, the Nameheros team has been soooooooo polite and never made me feel stupid or anything. And let's be real here, I've asked some pretty dumb questions. But they never made me feel dumb!

Honestly, folks, this is a big freakin' deal. Like, I don't know how many other companies out there would be as cool and helpful as Nameheros. I'm definitely gonna be a lifetime customer, and I'm gonna tell anyone and everyone to use their services. Thanks, Nameheros, for all your help, and thanks especially to Mark! You guys rock my socks off!

Namehero LLC is one of those companies that I wouldn't give two cents for. My experience with them was downright disappointing. I had Webhosting, domains, and emails with these guys but everything went south in every way imaginable.

First things first, their Webhosting service is painfully slow. It's by far the slowest Webhosting I've ever used in my entire life. Worse still, they don't offer SSL, which is a no-brainer in this day and age. If you want to buy SSL, it costs an arm and a leg. My other major gripe with their Webhosting service is that it's impossible to use WordPress. They seem to have incompatibilities with MYSQL and you have to use PHP 7.0 to make it work, which is frustrating since many themes and plugins work only with PHP 8.0.

Now let's talk about their domain service. These guys use a company called internet.bs. I'd say their name perfectly sums up the kind of service they offer. They're just horrible. They're fond of faking emails as if they're coming from ICANN, which basically simulates delays. Transferring a domain with Namehero LLC is a nightmare. For a regular transfer, you need to go to the previous register, remove the lock, and get the authorization code. Then go to the new register and start the transfer with the authorization code. After that, you need to go back to the previous register and agree to the transfer, and you're done, right? Wrong! With Namehero LLC, you have to wait for internet.bs to release the domain, which often takes more than five days after.

Lastly, let's talk about their email service. This was probably the most frustrating aspect of my experience with Namehero LLC. Their server keeps blocking my IP number from home, which means I can't access my emails unless I use a VPN. I've called them three times to unblock my IP, but the problem persists. It's just mind-boggling that such a fundamental issue is left unresolved for so long. And if that weren't enough, they have an extremely rigid policy on privacy. They let you send emails only if they approve of the subject, and if somebody sends you an email on a possible scam, they won't let you reply. They also don't let you send more than 50 emails in one hour, which is simply unacceptable.

And to top it all off, they have a very dark way of doing business. They like to ask for copies of ID and credit card, which they have no authority to ask for since they're a private entity. And don't even get me started on how they store all these copies. It's just ridiculous.

My advice to anyone thinking of using Namehero LLC is to steer clear of them. They're a disaster waiting to happen. If you don't believe me, just go to the BBB and read their claim history. It's not a pretty sight.

I have been using NameHero for over a year now and overall, I had no complaints. However, things took a turn for the worst when it was time for my renewal.

To begin with, their business practice of doubling the yearly fees in the second year did not sit well with me, but I kept using their service, despite being unhappy with this price increase. When I received my invoice and made my payment on 8/16, everything seemed to be in order. However, on 8/19, I was charged again, not by my own doing, but through NameHero's own automatic payment system. This caused alarm bells to ring in my head and I immediately contacted their customer service for assistance.

The person I talked to created a ticket and assured me that someone would contact me within half an hour. However, no one called me back, even after four hours. So, I reached out again and was then informed through a note in my account that they had given me a credit of $145, which could be used for future services, instead of issuing me a refund. This came across as totally unacceptable, as I didn't want credit, but my money back. As the payment had gone through PayPal, I sought their help to rectify the situation.

Thankfully, PayPal was able to get the ball rolling and after what seemed like a miracle, the credit NameHero had issued earlier, turned into an actual refund. This whole experience was a major source of frustration and made me wish that I had switched services before all this chaos ensued.

My relief was short-lived, however, because soon after, on 8/24, despite having paid them twice, my services were suspended due to "non-payment". This was shocking and infuriating, given the fact that this had all been cleared up just a few days prior. I had to scramble to find a solution to this, which was not easy. When I reached out to their customer service, all I got was a vague reply - that the billing issue would be taken care of during business hours, with no indication of when those hours are. When I tried to discuss the matter with the chat representative, they refused to engage and asked me to realign the ticket and wait for the "billing business hours". I am still waiting for them to get back to me on this.

All in all, I am very disappointed with the way NameHero has conducted their business lately. Their customer service is not up to the mark and there is always the chance that there will be an issue with their billing process. I am currently trying to get a full refund for their services that they didn't even render and will switch to another provider as soon as possible. I advise others to avoid using NameHero at all costs, if they don't want to be costed.

My experience with NameHero has been a complete disaster. I have been using their services for the past 12 months, and I have given them a 0 rating. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers who are fooling people by selling the same Hostinger VPS to their customers. The VPS plan that I purchased from them was not up to the mark, and when I asked for a refund, they simply blocked my backup access, leaving me helpless and stranded.

I am not able to get the backup of my client, which is causing a lot of trouble for me. When I raised this issue with NameHero, they tried to force me to buy their VPS package for another month at a whopping $89. They have promised me a backup of just 2 GB, which is clearly not enough.

I purchased a Host and domain from namehero.com and it was quite a process. When I was about to pay for the items, an error message popped up, and I had to start the whole process all over again. This was already a hassle, and to make matters worse, my bank account was already debited.

I contacted their customer service through email, and luckily, they were able to manually add the Host and domain to my account. However, when I checked, my domain was registered under the wrong name. I requested for them to change it, but they refused to do so, claiming that it was my fault.

I was disappointed with the experience and I do not recommend using their service. Their customer service was not helpful and unfriendly, and the whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. It's better to look for other options than risking to have a similar experience.

Ok, so I gotta say I was lookin' for a good web hostin' service for my online biz and came across NameHero. Lookin' at their website, I gotta say it looks pretty slick and easy to use.
