Hi, My insurance company set me with this rental. The car that was chosen for me was too small and I wouldn't have been able to see. I was put into a larger one and was told they would contact me the following day for an exchange (never contacted). Instead of $50 deposit it was $100 deposit (no refund). The car shouldn't have been issued because it was Unsafe (the driver side passenger tire had a metal piece sticking out and they had me running back and forth to Firestone for repair) It never got repaired! I coundn't deal with it anymore because I had to deal with my nephew being shot in the head and later died and a few days later a coworker died right in front of me on the job... And now The $300 dollars that has. been taken from me has left me with nothing in my account. I need this money for other bills, And I never received a receipt on the fine print or anything. Just money taken away from me. I just need this money returned to me so I will be able to put gas in to get back and forth to work because I have nothing left because of Unauthorized charges...
