I do not receive a response from my emails from Dikeledi Durban branch of Gage Car Hire and when I complained I still did not receive a response. I am wanting a refund from the excess insurance that I paid and they are just ignoring my correspondence. Clearly the staff don't bother because management are no better at responding either so it is a ' no win' situation. I will never use them again ever! Their service is absolutely disgusting. I also got charged for some petrol when I filled the tank before I dropped the car off for collection.
