Enigma Software / Spyhunterno way to contact firm

Don't purchase the spyhunter software. It crashed my laptop and put it into a virtual loop. There is no way to
contact the company. There is no telephone number. Only email tickets and they don't respond back. They
will also rebill your credit card every 6 mos if you don't stop them right away. Be careful !!!

    I downloaded and purchased Spyhunter software. The software didn't remove the items it claimed it would and they do NOT respond to any email tickets. Plus it kept downloading more spyware crap and viruses on my computer. I couldn't get my computer cleaned up until I removed Spyhunter completely OFF my computer. I used MalwareBytes and it's totally GREAT!
    Spyhunter is a SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR DOWNLOAD!!!

    i also downloaded and purchased spyhunter software/was i sorry it not only didnot remove viruses but it completely crashed my pc.there is no way i can get in touch with this outfit.i have just received their email reminder that will be charging my credit card for next subscription. i will be calling my credit card customer service to stop payment

    Well, I don't know where to begin, I'm so pissed off!
    Been up for 4 hours trying to fix what Spyhunter screwed up, from 2 Am to 6 Am ...i haven't gone to bed yet!
    And those bloodsuckers have given me the rouaround for over an hour, I feel like a ping-pong ball!
    They can keep their Live Desk and Tech assistance! More like a DEAD DESK you ask me!
    Called AMEX and told them to stop payment, but seems like is still pending so I have to wait 3 days.
    In a way I will like the opportunity to talk to someone at Enigma, it'll be fun to listen to their explanation, I'm sure it will be worth a chuckle or two!
    How bad this software/service is?...LET ME COUNT THE WAYS!!!

    I had to release some of the anger accumulated over a period of 4 hours, trying to correct the mess that Spyhunter inflicted on my poor Toshiba!
    Worst software/Service I ever encountered in 15 years of computing you'll probably say " if you been computing for 15 years how come you were so stupid as to download this crapware!? "...You'd be right to say it! I guess that makes me some sort of idiot!
    Sure...go ahead...kicj a man while he's down!!
    This will be my last online purchase of any kind of software!
    Boy, do I feel better now!

    Hello: I too am frustrated with spyhunter. It has put my computer in a continuous loop... I can't go any where except logging into the bios.. and it won't let me run a windows boot disk from either a usb, or the cd rom dirve... So my system is completely screwed... I can't find anything on the internet to help he get the system to boot up... I only get a Grub command line promt . Any help would be greatly appreciated... I have a Sabertooth z87 motherboard bios version 1405 with a i7-4770k @3.50 GHz

    SpyHunter got on the phone with me and tried to work it out, for me but couldn't get things resolved. My tech support for my computer helped me with it and I am now able to boot up the cd/dvd, which I couldn't do before... but the SypHunter people took care of me for as much as they could do... Thanks

    I just purchased this product and it would freeze. I uninstalled it and requested my money to be refunded. Tech support had the NERVE to tell me that I had been sold an old version (which I purchased 3 weeks ago!!!) and that there is now a new version and if I would just download that one, all would be well. What kind of fool do they think I am? Oh, hey, that's right. I bought their program to begin with. I responded to that email from tech support - now very angry that I had downloaded an "outdated version" and the person who responded (who obviously does not know the English language) wrote: "As mentioned in our previous response, we have just
    released the new version of SpyHunter. 20 day ago you downloaded the latest version that saw available at that time. The new version of SpyHunter have a lot of fixes and optimizations and is recommended to update to it." UNBELIEVABLE. Then they sent me an email and asked me a question. But the email is a [protected] How am I supposed to answer this?

    I too am having my laptop going around in loops and not starting at ALL and using the wife's to post this.

    Spent 4 hours so far triyng to re-start mine.

    Even tried 2 different system restore points but this alleged wonder program SpyHunter even stops that occurring and they did not work photo of what I saw is here -

    WARNING to anyone reading this -- do not even THINK about using SpyHunter. My tie is $100 and hour and so far $400 has ben wasted trying to get rid of this buggy thing, and I have real work to do and have no idea how to get my laptop going again.

    Companies should be BANNED by law for promising the world and then crashing computers when you run their software.

    I too have the same problem with SPY HUNTER - I agree with all the comments
    that have appeared regarding the NON-SUPPORT from SPY HUNTER.
    It does nothing but fill up the screen of my computer. and I cannot get rid of it. BOB.

    SPYHUNTER 4 IS THE WORST ARGH!! I had a couple of viruses, they didn't do anything harmful, I just didn't like having them around.. When I used spyhunter 4, it detected 1086 threat and when I tried to delete them, Spyhunter allegedly did everything and when it asked me to restart the PC, I did and now it keeps giving me some black screen with white numbers/letters and I can't do anything, I'm afraid of losing my data!! I have the same problem as this guy…

    I'm totally in a pinch, I just hope this all works out well, without me losing my data…

    Oh Im in tears, my PCs screan is black works only in safe mode, [protected]@ard removed from disk c, files, control pannel. Screen still black and pc frozen spent 8hours might loose years of family photoes of my kids please somebody help! Oh and hope they hit into better ### that will freeze their ##@% lives forever.
