First off I had an appointment for a technician to come for maintenance, I waited for the full 4 hour window and he never showed up. No reasons, no apologies just nothing but for me to have to rebook. We also had trouble with our hot water pressure, so I called back and asked for them to come for both services only to be told they had to send separate technicians. Yesterday the one that came to fix the water pressure was going to leave it unresolved but my son kept pushing for answers so he continued to work at it and resolve it somewhat. The same technician pointed out that we are paying for more equipment than what we have. I called them today only to spend a good hour between billing and maintenance, which you can imagine at this point I am more than frustrated, only to be told not to raise my voice as this was a professional call and they would have to send out another technician to verify what equipment I HAVE! Good lord, save yourself issues do not deal with Enercare
Recommendation: Avoid Enercare and find another provider of equipment rentals for your home.
